Cosmetic Dentist Dr Aneu Sood graduated from Sheffield University in December 1985. He worked as an associate dentist for 2 years before becoming a principal in a Nottingham practice in 1987. He then went on to open The Oakwood Dental Centre in Derby in 1990 where he is currently the principal dentist.

Dr. Kiran Ganatra BDS (University Of Sheffield), LDS, RCS (England) qualified as a dentist in December 1983.He spent six years in general dental practice in Sheffield where he also held the post of visiting practioner at The Charles Clifford Dental Hospital in the minor surgery department. Between 1990 and 2001, Dr.Ganatra was a principal partner in dental practices in both Nottingham and Derby. He has worked at The Oakwood Dental Centre in Derby since 1990 where he currently undertakes all aspects of general dental practice.

Dr.Sandy Lakhanpaul BDS (University Of Manchester) graduated in dentistry from the University of Manchester in 1989 where he worked for a short time in general dental practice.He was subsequently appointed as a senior house officer in Oral and Maxillo-Facial Surgery in Lincolnshire for 2 years following which he worked in a large group practice in Nottinghamshire before taking up his current position at the Oakwood Dental Centre in 2005.

Raj Patel is a Registered Specialist in Oral Surgery and Restorative Dentistry.His current post is consultant and lecturer in dental implants at Sheffield Dental Hospital and his previous posts include visiting Honoroury Consultant at Queens University, Belfast. His current teaching responsibilities include postgraduate training of dentists on implants and he also lectures and teaches the Diploma and Masters course in Implants at Sheffield University. Raj has contributed to several publications on dental implants and as one of the UK’s leading dental implant experts, he has lectured on this subject both in the UK and all over the world. Raj is part of the clinical team at The Cosmetic White Smiles Clinic where he works in conjunction with Aneu Sood and our other cosmetic dentists to provide world class dental implant services, oral surgery and restorative dentistry to our clients.
