I've been a patient of Suzanne's for some time now having extensive bridgework and root canal treatment. I've found her professional, diligent and compassionate to deal with. She is very responsive to appointment requests and puts me at ease in the chair. A lovely clinic with the most helpful staff. Unfortunately, I've had bad pain with my teeth recently but Suzanne has been great.

I have been going to The Smile Gallery for just over a year now and every visit is just the best! Rahul and Aak and the loveliest people and all the staff are so nice. I love having a catch up with them all when I go. I started visiting as I was interested in whitening my teeth, but whilst visiting the practice I found out they do facial aesthetics and skin treatments also! Rahul got my teeth to an amazing colour and couldn't be any more happier with my smile, thank you. I struggled with pigmentation and some spots that just wouldn't budge but after seeing Dr Aak just for a few months with my skincare plan and a few chemical peels so far, I have seen a huge difference and already so much more confident in my skin. Thank you so much!

I saw Laila the hygienist and highly recommend her service. Not only did Laila do a wonderful job of cleaning, but she also provided expert oral care advice for the maintenance and protection of my teeth. Laila was so helpful and professional and has such a wonderfully warm manner that I felt relaxed, comfortable and confident with a process I have normally felt nervous about in the past. We have recently joined the practice which all started with us seeking a second opinion from our current dentist. The service we have received at Salters has been truly exceptional. Michelle who was our first point of contact is the most adorable, kind caring lady who has gone the extra mile in helping us. I am an events manager and I'm hard to impress when it comes to customer service and Michelle has exceeded all expectations. Dr Joanne Salters was so so helpful and again we felt so comfortable with her excellent care and not to forget Mr Tait who has a wonderful manner and has started excellent treatment on my son. It honestly makes such a wonderful chance to have such personal care and to really feel so looked after. I cannot recommend you enough, Thank you.

I visited Backwell Dental Care on 30/11/21 to see my Hygienist Mrs Helen Harrington. As usual, the procedure to enter the Reception area was controlled and gel used. We were seated metres away from each other. The Receptionist was very professional at all times. Helen was gentle, exceptionally thorough and her usual professional and kind self. On 01/09/21 I visited Dr Patrick Kennedy and he gave his usual caring, thoughtful and professional service. His skill is second to none and I have been a client of his for many years. I have never ever received such a professional service when visiting a dental practice. My husband who is a dental phobic now happily visits this practice with no anxiety whatsoever. He visits Dr Paul Bucknell who is most professional. I can highly recommend this practice which is 5 star at least. I was recommended many years ago by a friend who had amazing teeth. I have never looked back.
