If my old bridge hadn’t fallen out I would never have discovered Ian and his lovely team. My only regret is that I didn’t find them sooner. Ian is a highly skilled professional - he is innovative and caring with extensive knowledge which I now know is recognised internationally. He takes time to explain treatments and never rushes from one patient to another. He has managed to establish a lovely and also highly skilled team around him who as the first point of contact are a credit to the practice. I truly didn’t think that after years of poor dental treatment (from a very young age) in addition to my own neglect that I have found a solution that suits me. Intensive dental treatment isn’t ‘cheap’ and you need to ensure that you find someone who actually acknowledges this truthfully but at the same time is able to provide an in-depth analysis of what to do and what not to do and what is affordable for you. This practice offers this and enables you to make your own choices knowing that the treatment you will receive will be of exceptional quality. I've been a patient for a few years and have been very pleased with the various treatments (root canal/implants) I have needed during that time. Nina is an asset. Great premises and parking is a plus. Recent treatment was a checkup and 2 x-rays £85.

Due to an extremely upsetting childhood experience, I now suffer from a phobia of dentists. Such is my fear, that as soon as I enter the room and see the dentist chair, I start crying. The consequence of my phobia is I have only visited random dentists when necessary, and therefore had to experience invasive treatment such as root canal or extraction. As I have aged, I have realised how important it is to find a dentist and keep my teeth! I contacted Castle Park Dental Care online, (after much research to find the right practice with a female dentist). I then ignored their calls. They gently coaxed me into visiting the practice for a cup of coffee and a chat. Special thanks to Gail I decided I should at least have a first appointment, which I did with Ozge. She was amazing, listening to all of my fears through tears and also helped me with monitoring my breathing, (I hold my breath through fear) and helping me with breathing exercises to relax. Today I have been back to visit Ozge, after deciding to have the two required fillings in one session. I opted from the laser treatment, so no injections or aggressive drilling, I was astonished it was pain-free! Throughout the treatment Ozge explained exactly what she was doing, showed me the instruments she was using and continued to monitor my breathing, stopping when I needed a minute. I am now on the road to recovery in terms of my dental health, and equally creating new and positive experiences with a fantastic dentist. Thank you so much Ozge and Katie (Dental Nurse). I cannot highly enough recommend this practice, they really do care. For some this will be a long post, (so you will not have reached the end of it, I am sure). But, for those with a phobia of dentists it will be a short post, as you are looking for the answer, where I can find a dentist who will understand and support me. I had a tooth extraction yesterday 12.Nov.20 in the Clinic.Using the opportunity to say how thankful I am to have done all quickly, efficiently, professionally without any pain by D-r Nadia Raichev! Thank you Doctor for accommodating me in your busy agenda. Thank you for your all explanations, comfort, and reassurance during the procedure. Thank you to the whole team involved ( Dr Neli Garbelova and Svetlana from Reception) in my assessment and time spent with me during my 2 visits to Cherry clinic. Clinic that I shall always recommend and use for my family.
