Review I had an appointment with Dr Bechar in Feb 2012. Although I had agreed the type of consultation and report prior to my appointment I found that I was charged more. I raised a complaint and after several emails I was refunded, but what was very disappointing was that Dr Bechar declined to treat me and basically told me to go elsewhere. What was worse is that he did it by letter and did not have the courtesy to talk to me. This is very unprofessional and shows the customer care/service level this practice is capable of providing. I would advise anyone going there to be cautions as if you complain or have a problem, then Dr Bechar could do what he did to me and refuse to treat you and you may find yourself wasting time and money and having to find treatment elsewhere. I recommend that you avoid this practice and consider treatment elsewhere. Its a shame because Dr Bechar came across very well initially, but this goes to prove that first impressions can be so wrong.Dean, Milton Keynes, 22 Apr 13
