What care is required after fitting an Orthodontic Retainer?

Patients should wear retainers continuously, between meals, and at night. They should remove their retainer while taking part in contact sports. They should clean retainers using special products prescribed by the dentist. Some retainers can be cleaned using toothpaste while others require an alcohol free mouth rinse or denture cleaner.  Patients should not expose retainers to any form of heat.

Sadly now I have needed attention to a premolar and Abhishek provided a choice of approach. Once again very friendly caring experience which I don't believe an be bettered. I'm so happy that my Dentist referred me to Park Lane Orthodontics! I had a more complicated case that had to do with my jaw and teeth alignment & have just recently completed my treatment after 2.5 years with excellent results. Ben, Paula and all their staff were so friendly & supportive - I enjoyed every visit! I most definitely and strongly recommend Park Lane Orthodontics - you wont be disappointed :)
