Exceptionally good service and personal care provided by Dr Arzu and her team. Dr Arzu is meticulous in all aspects of her work ensuring that her patient is comfortable at all times. The standard of hygiene in the clinic is very high, there are even shoe coverings at the front door to put over your shoes before entering, so probably best not to wear flipflops, as I did. Over two appointments I had one root canal, two zirconium crowns prepped and fitted and one white filling done with no pain just the usual numbness for a couple of hours afterwards from the anaesthetic. Dr Arzu is an ethical dentist who will discuss your needs and agree a plan before starting - sometimes with the aid of a translate app to ensure everything is clearly understood. A notable and welcomed point is that Dr Arzu only does white fillings, she does not use amalgam unlike the UK where it is the norm. I highly recommend Arzu Smile Clinic as a forward thinking, state of the art dental clinic situated in Turgutreis. Having had a few bad experiences with UK dentists I am very grateful to have found Arzu Smile Clinic and look forward to returning in the future for all my dental needs. Thank you.

I chose this clinic because it was modern and well-equipped. I was also impressed that they spoke English. I had x-rays, with the very latest in x-ray equipment and a crown replacement. I was given options and allowed to choose what I felt was best for my circumstances. The procedures were done with virtually no pain and completed a day earlier than anticipated. The office was great about keeping in touch to set up my necessary appointments. The crown fit perfectly when first placed and I am very happy with the results.

Dr Ziya was fantastic from our initial engagement through the phone app to when I arrived in the clinic a few hours later. I was a little nervous as on holiday from Australia but the clinic and Dr Ziya really made me at ease. He even brought in a friend to help translate to me my required procedure. The procedure was a root canal. I was in the chair for just over an hour and with medication was stable within a day. I’ve received ongoing check-ins from the clinic throughout my trip and since arriving back to Australia. I honestly couldn’t recommend enough. You're in very safe hands and a very good price! I had lumineers and implant work done at this clinic by Dr. Kubra. She is simply amazing, empathic, perfectionist and very professional. I am really happy with the work she has done and cannot recommend her highly enough. My smile is now perfect. She will be my go-to dentist from now on. The area is very beautiful and the clinic provided me with high-quality accommodation and transfers to the airport and the clinic. First-class service all around.
