I am extremely please with my visit to Bangkok smile, the staff were very accommodating to my busy holiday schedule, their English was very good and the price was about 1/4 of what I was quoted in Australia. The quality of work was excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending Bangkok Smile to any potential visitor. The clinic is right near the BTS and subway with great access to the whole city.

Very friendly and efficient staff. My treatment plan was well arranged and I was provided with the quotes and treatment times. The treatment plan was very honest it in formulation with unnecessary or unsuitable work stated as such. All the treatment was excellent and was very happy with the outcome. My impression upon arrival at the clinic was fine, but as we entered the "Treatment Room", I didn't feel really comfortable (safe) anymore. And on top of this, the recommended treatment was much more extensive than planned for (and recommended by my Danish dentist). I left with only a cleaning.

I attended my first appointment and had the wonderful Dr Sunisa. She spoke good English and was easy to understand. All my dental options were explained very clearly along with alot of information regarding all the procedures and costings involved.
I had a bridge replacement, many crowns, implants and laser whitening performed. These guys are fantastic and know their stuff. I had no pain what so ever, slight sensitivity with the whitening but that goes away. I will return to Bangkok Smiles for any future dental treatment, not only because of their pricing but because of the high standards of dental work performed and I would recommend them to anyone thinking of dental treatment in Bangkok.

I booked in for a deep clean and to see if I felt confident in the level of treatment I received before booking more work. I felt so comfortable in their care that I had more treatment while still in Thailand and will return for further work. The staff were friendly and professional and explained all the alternatives for my case. Because I got extra work I can't recall if the price was what I expected before I arrived in Thailand. However, I do know that it is affordable and a lot cheaper than in Australia where I could not afford such extensive work.

I had a complicated case and the treatment plan included many crowns (replacements and new ones), veneers and implants. Every one at the clinic was very polite and friendly and the five dentists I saw were very good at their specialties. Because of the surgery I needed for the implants, I need two more trips to complete my treatment plan and I am very pleased with the results so far.

All the staff at Bangkok Smile (Sukhumvit) were very professional and I was very pleased with my treatment. I was treated by a range of their specialist dentists, all of whom were very pleasant, gentle and spoke good English. Their attention to detail appeared to go beyond what my western dentists had ever done for me. I experienced slight discomfort, expected as part of the procedures, but at no time was I in any pain.
Mostly my appointments were prompt and I spent little time waiting around.
I had a 3 part crown/bridge plus a single crown, 2 extractions, 5-6 filling repairs, Polish & Clean, X-Rays. I was quoted A$7500 in Perth, Australia yet in Bangkok it cost approx. A$3000. This amount included some extra work (a single crown and several fillings)- so that’s well under half the Australian price. I should point out that some of these extras were not included in the original Bangkok Smile quote/inspection of my mouth. However options were explained to me as the treatment progressed and I was well informed and never felt that they were undertaking unnecessary work.
I had 10 days in Bangkok and they fitted me into that schedule; but they would have preferred 14 days. I spent many hours in the chair, sometimes 2 appointments per day and I agree that 14 days would also give your mouth more of a holiday.
The clinic is easy to reach if you stay near Soi 11. The quickest way is to jump on a motorbike taxi for 30 Baht. I dare you to try it in Rush Hour - up and down pavements and weaving between traffic. The clinic is only a short walk from the underground and sky train station.
If you really want to save a few Baht then buy your drugs across the road at the pharmacy. Eat Thai food and walk.
I have recommended this dentist to some friends back in Australia

Compared to a visit by a dentist in Ireland, the staff talked almost the whole time through the procedure which was a new experince, and nice as well.The building itself was a bit old fashion and not really a state of art, but it didn't effect the quality of the treatment. Bangkok Smile Dental Clinic were absolutely wonderful, very high tech, clean and calming. There was no pain during treatment, no pain after the implant and no pain when I paid the bill. In fact, at the time I was going to have 2 implants but the doctors said no – with a metal crown the tooth will be OK. That saved me $1,800. So add very honest to the list as well.
