Everything was communicated to me clearly
Were you pleased with the treatment?
In general, the staff and dentist are very professional, the equipment used is (probably, since i haven't seen a dentist for 2 years or so) state of the art. Everything was communicated to me clearly. It would have been better that patients be given options and a quote of digital photos or imaging from the beginning. The photos are helpful at least for me because I can see the deterioration of some of my tooth.
I was quite disappointed with one of the staff when I tried to ask for an invoice of my treatment that day that is separated (in spanish) from a quote of future treatments. She looked annoyed with the request. In spite of that, I think the staff is friendly and speaks good English, and I am grateful for that.
Would you recommend the clinic?
The clinic is not affiliated with any dental insurance company, so if that isn't a problem for the patient I would recommend the clinic to all (both spanish and english speakers).
Would you return for further treatment?
Unfortunately not, as my insurance company would not cover the cost.
