The dentist who treated me was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, taking the time to explain each step of the process and answering all of my questions with patience and expertise in perfect English. Perhaps most impressive of all, the clinic offered a level of convenience that truly exceeded my expectations. With flexible scheduling, including evening and weekend appointments, I was able to find a time that worked perfectly with my busy schedule. Overall, I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough. I had been going to A Plus Dental Clinic for years but had a sudden problem with my teeth quite recently and they came to my rescue! I had somehow broken a molar and exposed some nerves but didn't realise what was happening. I went to my local dentist on the same day and my pain was dismissed as sensitivity so, I endured the extreme pain and nausea for another 10 days before contacting Joyce at A Plus on a Friday afternoon. She was very kind and accommodating and fit me into their busy Saturday clinic as an emergency case. Every concern I had was listened to and answered by the doctor, with Joyce there to translate and help. I felt I was very well looked after by the doctor and all the staff too. The dentist empathised with my situation and fit me with a temporary crown that same day when I returned for the permanent setting the following week. I am very grateful for being treated with such a high level of care during this very painful and stressful time. I cannot commend the team enough for their high degree of professionalism and care.
