Were you pleased with the treatment? I went in Smile Makers for a routine teeth cleaning: upon showing up on time for my scheduled appointment, the receptionist informed me that the patient scheduled after me showed up early so they went ahead with him and I had to wait. What is the whole point of making an appointment if this clinic conducts its business on first-come-first-serve basis?! After waiting for 20 minutes, the doctor stated my cleaning: she was incredibly fast and rough to say the least, and my gum bled for the first time out of my multitude teeth cleaning experiences. The whole process took only 10 minutes and then the doctor rushed off to her next appointment. I checked my cleaning result in the mirror and found quite a few stains are still intact. The receptionist explained that they are hard-to-reach spots and it was impossible to clean them. I told her I undergo at least two to three routine teeth cleaning per year and it was the first time a cleaning had gone so poorly. She offered me a follow up but I was so disappointed in the whole experience and decided never going back. Treatments Teeth Cleaning

Were you pleased with the treatment? 30 mins consultation was $90 as it was on a Saturday morning. I was attended by Dr Asha who explained the process of the treatment and ensured that i understood what i hope or want to achieve from the treatment as well as the intangible cost that i may incur during the process; before i decide to go ahead with the treatment.

Were you pleased with the treatment? The treatment went well. The price was as quoted and the result is as predicted at the beginning of the treatment. During my first visit Dr. Asha listened well to my wishes, questions and concerns. She reflected carefully and presented the different options.
