Were you pleased with the treatment? Decided to try this clinic based on good reviews here, as I refused to go to the Q&M near my house. Feel too shy to let them know in person how happy I am with my visits so decided to pay them back by giving them a nice review online. I am the average Singaporean who was previously scarred by bad school dental nurses and did not have parents who brought me for regular dental visits, which is a shame as I imagine I would have liked it here when I was young. The set up is small but modern, which I much prefer over the larger establishments, I also don't feel like I'm paying extra just for fancy embellishments. Location is good for me but not really in a very populated district. Price wise I think its good value because you get the same high tech things found in the high end clinics. My dentist is experienced and reassuring, and has restored my faith in dentistry. Cons are that I once met a rude receptionist, but she seems to have left already. The rest are lovely. Hope this review helps anyone previously like me to understand that you just need to find the right dentist to overcome your fears and that there are lots of other good dentists out there who deserve some commendation! Were you pleased with the treatment? The clinic is located in a small but very accessible mall complex, right next to Stadium MRT. It's clean and comfortable, and the receptionist is knowledgable and kind. I received treatment from Dr. Michael Koh, who was very gentle, and very patient in explaining the problem and treatment. A few times during the course of the treatment, he would stop and ask "Are you OK?", which was very reassuring. I highly recommend Smile Concept Dental at Kallang, because they are efficient, professional, and most of all, kind and considerate. :)

Were you pleased with the treatment? I happened to pass by the dental clinic as I was shopping in the mall. I found the staff and dentists at the clinic very professional and friendly. They made my visit very pleasant and comfortable, considering I am so afraid of dental treatment since I was a kid! Would you recommend the clinic? Definitely! I would recommend this clinic to my friends and family. Would you return for further treatment? Yes of course.
