  • I went in Smile Makers for a routine teeth cleaning: upon showing up on time for my scheduled appointment, the receptionist informed me that the patient scheduled after me showed up early so they went ahead with him and I had to wait. What is the whole point of making an appointment if this clinic conducts its business on first-come-first-serve basis?!
