It’s a dental procedure in which the infected or damaged pulp is removed and after thorough cleaning and disinfection the inside areas are cleaned and sealed. The pulp is the soft tissue in the tooth that contains nerves blood vessels and connective tissue. It saves the tooth that otherwise would have to be extracted. The most common cause of pulp Infection is a deep cavity or a cracked tooth this causes bacteria to enter the pulp and cause infection inside the tooth if not treated timely pus builds up in the tooth and root causing abscess in the gum which is painful and damages surrounding teeth and bone. . Procedure after local anesthesia, the tooth is open to drain by a small opening in the centre and pulp chamber and root canals are cleaned. X-ray is taken- access opening is made in the tooth crown. Cleaning the pulp chamber and root canal. Medications are put into the root canal to treat infections. Temporary filling is placed in the crown for added protection and relief in between dental visits. In the final steps after root filling is done a porcelain cap is placed on the tooth.

STb Lingual braces are attached to the inside or lingual side of the teeth to allow tooth movements to be carried out while making them completely non-visible. This advanced method makes lingual orthodontics particularly well-suited for adults and especially appealing for adults whose professions keep them in the public eyes. No one can tell they are wearing these braces. Patients can enjoy the process of orthodontia while still retaining a natural smile. STb braces are made up of two main components: the small metal pieces (known as brackets) attached directly to the teeth, and the wire which connects them together (known as the arch wire). With standard braces, the brackets are cemented to the front of the teeth, which are quite uniform in their shape. However, lingual brackets are attached to the back side of the teeth. The back side of each tooth has its own unique shape-unlike the front of each tooth. Each lingual bracket must be custom-formed to the unique shape of each individual tooth. Treatment for lingual braces are usually more difficult than that of standard braces, thus only orthodontists trained in lingual technique are able to offer this form of specialized treatment.

Root canals
The endodontist makes a canal in the crown of the tooth that allows for removal of the damaged pulp. After removal, the dentist cleans the canal and shapes it to a feasible form for filling. In some cases the dentist may choose to use medications for preventing infection by removing germs from the teeth. During the final visit, the dentist cleans and fills the root canal and pulp chamber, then applies a gold or porcelain crown over the tooth to provide extra strength and protection. Proper oral care and regular dental visits ensure that the treated tooth remains healthy. The primary goal of endodontic treatment is to create an environment within the root canal system which allows for healing and continued maintenance of the health of periradicular tissue. A successful procedure is one which has removed bacteria in the tooth and completely filled the canals.
