I went in this clinic for tooth extraction, since I’m in great pain, I don’t have any chance to find other clinics. The staff and the dentist who handled me were very nice and gentle. I’m short of time since I was just on holiday and there’s so much going on in my schedule, I end up having a root canal and a crown because for some reason I came back 3 or 4 times and end up with or more bill for one root canal and plastic crown. I’m happy at first when it turns out good and no pain. But when I came back overseas The crown just failed in less than a year. Went to the dentist and found out the stuff that had been put in was very short to stick the crown and hold in place.

The employees in the clinic were nice especially the dentist who handled me, she talked very kindly and made sure that I can feel no aches during the entire procedures, and they have modern equipment too.

I chose it being it an aesthetic dental clinic based on its Bio. However, I am quite disappointed, or maybe I may say, not really happy with the result. I chose "bridges" overdentures even though it cost so much than a set of the latter because I wanted a nicer smile. A hundred and eleven thousand is still a lot of money and cost months of savings although it may be short for a set of bridges.

We agreed that I will be having a portion with bridge and portion with a denture to adjust the price from almost 2, and I appreciate it when the result was that I have full bridges without knowing the changed in plan; however, I think it compromised the material used, they used the old kind of material, forgot the name, but not porcelain nor the other one which is pricey (of course) and it actually looks like a denture and it's obvious from the linings and from the general appearance when I smile or talk, and I am having difficulty in pronouncing letters and words. So my be better to go with the partial bridge and partial denture but with the expected materials.

This is my first dental visit with this clinic and I’m truly satisfied with my decision. I chose them because of its accessible location and the treatment rate is pretty much lower compared to my previous dentist. The receptionist/x-ray tech was accommodating and helpful. I chose to have tooth extraction instead of a root canal. My dentist carefully did the procedure it’s a bit tough but she didn’t stop until it was successfully done. Overall it was truly a great experience here in this clinic and definitely, I will go back here in my next visit and will also recommend them.
