I have never been so impressed with any professional as I was with Dr. Navales and all her staff. I had x-rays done here in the states and sent to maybe 15 different Dentists in the Philippines and most replied with quotes, but Dr Navales was so great about communicating with me and addressed all my concerns. What impressed me most was she found a 20 year old root canal on the X-rays, that had not been done properly, and was for sure causing me some health issues. Not one of the others saw this even the one here in USA. Dr. Navales was not the lowest price but I have to say I feel I got the best deal for my money with her. She was very fair and honest and the final bill was very close to her original quote. She was very gentle and even though I was in the dental chair for maybe 4 hours a day for 8 days I felt no pain. She seems to be a perfectionist about her work. She was great about my schedule too, working about a months worth of work into 9 days. Her staff is wonderful too, she is surrounded by good professional people. I always felt such a comfortable feeling there. I highly recommend her and I personally will never go to another Dentist. again other than her.

Well it doesn't get any better than this clinic! Must of spent 20 hours over 5 visits in the chair removing 4 upper teeth, fitting a new top denture, removing 2 amalgams and refilling to the most correct and safe procedure I have ever had done and cleaned my teeth to x-ray standards. The doctors are both outstanding at their profession and are always seeking perfection rather than money. Well done. Cost about $1100 au

When I was looking for dental bridge specialists in the Philippines, Dr Navales’ clinic showed up in the top list. All of them provide the same dental services but it was Dr. Navales’ profile that stood out. Her impressive profile and extensive experience in cosmetic dentistry are the main factors that I considered when I decided to choose her service. After assessing my case thru email exchanges, Dr Misty Navales was very truthful on the estimated price of the whole procedure and potential surprises that could possibly come up once she removed my existing dental bridge. She even called me to explain my case and potential treatments in great details. When I set the date of my arrival in the Philippines, she made sure all the required treatments will be done within my two week stay in the Philippines. Just like what she was expecting, the abutment teeth were severely decayed when she removed my old dental bridge. She immediately called Dr. Cathy Chia, an endodontist, and consulted with Dr. Regina Morales, a periodontist, to evaluate my case and recommend necessary treatments. The three specialists worked together and miraculously saved my decaying canine teeth. Dr. Navales helped me save money by keeping my old dental bridge and used it as temporary bridge while the two other specialists were doing the initial dental treatments. Also, Dr Navales meticulously shaped every corner of my temporary bridge and ensure that it fit my gums perfectly. She didn’t let me leave her clinic disappointed.
The office staff and dental assistants are so friendly and very accommodating to all my personal requests. The customer service is world class! No wonder, people from different countries who require dental bridge replacement go to her clinic.
Choosing a dentist was not an easy decision to make. I was so glad I made the right decision to do these dental procedures in the Philippines and choose Dr. Navales. It saved me a lot of money and still got same quality or I could say even better dental treatments. I received a lot of compliments on my temporary dental bridge. It looked natural.

Last year I had a dental check-up with my local dentist here in Sydney, Australia and was amazed how expensive it was to see an orthodontic. I did some research on the net to find out how I can combine a dental treatment whilst spending a quality time on the beach with my family.
Dr. Mitsy Navales’ website gave me a good idea about the type of dental practice they are. I sent her an e-mail message and was very impressed to receive an answer the following day. I even received a phone call from her and we have been in contact for a couple of months prior to my arrival.
Would you recommend the clinic?
During my treatment, I felt very well taken care of, like I was their number one priority. I managed to spend a quality time with my family in the world famous Boracay beach whilst receiving dental treatment (yes it was possible, I even went to Cebu, Bohol and Camiguin – all lovely places), as it was not difficult to arrange appointments and plot a treatment plan, which I suggest you should do if you want to travel around. Mitsy even recommended other interesting places to go to. Shine, the receptionist who was so professional and prompt even arranged my follow up appointments with a reminder message as well (having a pre-paid local mobile number was a big help). The dental fees were very reasonable (for Australians, am sure you will agree on this) and I stayed in a newly opened hotel, which is about 15 minutes away from the clinic (cheap and recommendable).
Would you return for further treatment?
After visiting the practice I felt compelled to share my experience hoping you find it useful. I highly recommend this clinic to all overseas patients.

Our experience with the Navales Dental Clinic was excellent! Dr Navales was very friendly, professional and helpful--the communication from start to finish was great. She called immediately after my initial inquiry and continued to stay in contact during our trip and even after our return home. When we arrived our original appointment, which she had set up for her day off, got blown out of the water by circumstances beyond our control; she kindly rescheduled our appointments and even saw our son as well. My husband is very afraid of dentists and she pulled one of his teeth without him coming unglued, which is a major achievement. Our entire treatment plan had to be re-vamped after our arrival--and she was kind enough to work with us to get the work we needed done completed. We are finalizing an international adoption and she was able to help us with info and documentation on our son's dental condition that will allow us to more accurately estimate his age for the adoption (he was a foundling with no one knowing his exact age). Dr Navales helped us to arrange transportation to and from the clinic and even offered to help us find lodging if we needed it while there. She gave us info on a nearby mall and park area that was very enjoyable--and even called our condo several times after our visit to check on my husband & son.
Would you recommend the clinic?
Everyone there was VERY nice and friendly. I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a dentist in the Philippines whether it be adult or child. The clinic was very clean, up to date and professional. Both dentists were great and I would recommend either of them to anyone needing dental work. Our primary purpose for visiting the Philippines was regarding our adoption--and Dr Navales was kind enough to work around our ever changing schedule to complete our dental work as well. I know of no other dentist that would go to this length for their patients--certainly not the ones here in the US!
Would you return for further treatment?
If we ever get the chance to return to the Philippines, I would certainly go to Dr Navales for additional treatment for myself and my family. I personally wish she (and all of her staff) would re-locate to the US (and specifically to TN where we could continue to be her patients).

I am very pleased with the treatment I received, the price was very good.
It was too hard to quote on my teeth as originated as I had a lot of hidden decay. But doctor Navales and doctor Morales both took great care of me and my partner. They made sure to fix our teeth, to the best they could in the little time they had. They also explained everything they were doing and the reasoning behind all of it. They were very gentle and made the experience very painless which is more than I can say about treatment i had done in Australia. They also took their time and didn't try to rush the process.
Would you recommend the clinic?
I will certainly recommend both Doc Mitsy Navales and Doc Regina Morales, as they were very gentle and caring and worked as a team.
Would you return for further treatment?
I will return for further treatments as we ran out of time to finish all of my work. This was our first time to the Philippines, and Mitsy Navales looked after us like one of her familiy member.

Dr. Navales’s dental clinic is by far the cleanliest and most sterile dentist I have experienced in the Philippines. The standards for all the equipment seem to be at the same level as dental clinics in the United States. The price was however, somewhat expensive, but realistic for the experience and quality of work given at the clinic.
Originally coming to Dr. Navales to remove a wisdom tooth, reviews and X-rays over the tooth showed that it did not need to be removed, but as a preventative for my other teeth’s movement and twisting as the wisdom teeth grew out, retainers were suggested. I am pleased that a preventative was offered to me at a more reasonable price.
Would you recommend the clinic?
Dr. Navales is an extremely credible dentist that also knows how to connect with her patients creating a more calming experience for both children and for those fearful adults. The cheerful and friendly attitude of her and her staff made each visit a more pleasurable experience for both me, and my father. And overall, I would recommend this clinic to any of my friends and other family members.
Would you return for further treatment?
Overall, the friendliness of Dr. Navales and her staff, the excellent sanitation of the equipment, and the added flat screens in the waiting room and in the actual rooms where the procedures take place will guarantee that I will return for further treatment with this clinic.
