I filled out the form, They got back to me right away. I flew to san diego, they arranged transport. I was in and out in 6 hours. I had a CT Scan done preop and they changed the plan (they are very thorough). Ended up doing 5 implants installed and 6 teeth pulled. Stayed overnight at the hotel they recommended. They drove me or arranged the car for all of my movements. Next morning did a follow-up appointment and then caught the van back to San Diego. Everyone is very professional and they all speak good English. This could not have gone any smoother. Price was basically 1/2 of California. Will be returning for the crowns in about 6 months. Dr Jacob is the best. He is patient and kind. His work is thorough and very professional. Going to a foreign country for dentistry may feel overwhelming, but downtown dental clinic made the process exceedingly comfortable and effortless. I drove and parked at a safe lot on the US side of the border. The border crossing is easy and very fast on foot. Dr Jacobs team was there to pick me up on time and the clinic was less than 10 minutes from there. Dr Jacobs immediately addressed my concerns and went through all my options. I had an implant and two crowns did over two appointments. I was then immediately transported back to the border and again, the crossing by foot was quick and easy. I have seen Dr Jacobs three times now and the experience has been consistent. I have planned more work with him. He and his team are simply the best. I would recommend his clinic and services to anyone seeking to have professional dental work done at a fraction of the price.
