Review My dentist in Malibu recommended implants in the $50,000 range. Unable to afford it, I fretted as my situation became worse over 18 months. I finally searched several out of the country options from Thailand to Mexico, and Unident was not only the easiest to work with (very responsive on emails and the phone), but they also offered the best price option. Even better, on arrival for my initial consultation, they offered more treatment options than my dentist did back in the US! I retained all my own teeth and did not need implants. Due to the extensive amount of work involved, it required two 2-week trips to Puerto Vallarta. They work with multiple dentists in the same office with different specialties, from Dr. Benjamin an Endodontist to an Oral Surgeon that regularly flies in from Guadalajara. The first trip was all preparatory. After 3 weeks of healing, the second trip was working with Dr. Claudio who fitted me for no less than 25 crowns. Review I was not only pleased with the treatment, but the price. I needed all of my teeth done (28) with crowns and veneers as they were wearing away and cracking. I was quoted over $60,000 in Seattle (from 2 dentists) and I saved 80%. I have a new smile with fine work, that I wish I had done years ago as I am now 66. The first day was to prepare the top teeth and I was given temps that looked great. The second day was the bottom teeth. Then on the 4th day he installed the crowns and veneers. This was a perfect job. He made them a bit higher in height too as I had worn down by bottom front teeth to almost nothing. We picked a perfect color too. I came back one more time for an adjustment and continued enjoying a vacation. I am very proud of my smile! My wife is getting work done in November 2010 as she needs to have 5 crowns. She was quoted $7,500 for these here. In choosing Dr. Rivas we did our research so we knew we would not have any surprises and there were none. Just a movie star smile. on there are no more cavities, and they will not change in color. He is a terrific person with great chair side manner and concern. He is an artist.
