I have to admit that I was nervous picking a doctor without a personal recommendation. (I always want a personal recommendation when I find medical care.) But, I couldn’t have been happier with my experience. I was only able to go down for a week (and over New Year’s at that). I needed quite a bit of work done, and Dr. Peniche made it happen within my schedule. He called me personally to make sure that he had all the information he needed to have everything ordered and prepared for my short visit.

When I arrived everything went like clockwork. Dr. Peniche explained everything to me (both Dr. Peniche and Erica, his assistant, speak English incredibly well) and went over my options. He only wanted to do the work that he could guarantee would be successful. (But, he was able to do everything that I wanted to do while I was there.)

The work was done quickly and efficiently. The office is small but clean and super well equipped. I have to say that I was way more impressed with Dr. Peniche’s care than I was with the care I got in the States (which I had been happy with). We hadn’t left yet and were already planning a return visit just to have Dr. Peniche do the last bit of work I need.

I know that we don’t know each other, but if you need a personal recommendation, here it is! You won’t regret making an appointment with Dr. Peniche.

Even I thoroughly researched patient satisfaction based on reviews on the Internet. I can only agree with the many positive reviews. Four implants were prepared and inserted, everything fit perfectly. There were no complications or adverse effects.

We were in Merida for 2 weeks and scheduled a back molar implant and crown capping. The whole process was seamless and pretty much painless.

I have been having dental treatments with Dr Peniche for a few years now. From numerous crowns and dental implants I keep coming back to him because of his professionalism, his commitment to provide the best care and options available for his patients.

In the beginning he insisted my teeth needed to be straightened, a process that would take somewhere around 18 months to 2 years. As I was nearly 70 I decided that I didn’t want to do this so eventually he agreed to work with what I had and would try to tidy up my smile the best that was possible. So crowns were done to even out the teeth that needed treatment, then implants were used where there were multiple teeth involved.

As I was coming from out of the country he always made every attempt to accommodate my travel plans. He and his staff were all so professional and helpful with every aspect of my treatments.

I saw Dr. Ricardo Peniche for an implant consultation and he explained most clearly and professionally I had ever had. I could only do part of the treatment for lack of time but would like to return without hesitation for the follow-up.

The rooms could be more spacious, but they are always clean and the equipment seems to be up to date. When I stopped a number of people working there for direction, they were always helpful and polite.

The labyrinth is the design of the clinic is somewhat daunting at first, but after a few visits, one finds his way through the maze.

The doctor was very easy to talk to in English. He was very meticulous about the procedure and follow-up. Very happy with the experience.
