Dentures Los Algodones

I posted this on Facebook to share with my friends. It will serve well as my review of Fine Quality Dental. I'm currently in Yuma, AZ for the winter. I had a fractured tooth pulled in October by my dentist in Dansville, NY. She told me a three-unit bridge (1 full pontic and 2 anchor crowns) would cost a little over $3000. I declined because I knew I could have it done in Los Algodones, Mexico, a 15-minute drive from Yuma, for much less. Today I had new porcelain fused to a metal permanent bridge installed on my third visit to Fine Quality Dental. The first was an initial consultation/exam and the second was the prep work. My experience with Dr Charles Zuman and his assistants was excellent from beginning to end. I researched his and other clinics in detail prior to selecting him. The bridge and procedure are as good as could be obtained in the US. Its total cost was $750. If Dr Zuman practised in my home area I would switch to him as my dentist even if he charged American prices for regular services. If any of you are facing expensive dental work there are places outside the US where you can get equal quality work for less than a third of the cost.

Very happy with all the staff and the work that was done. Had a cleaning and exam to discuss what I wanted/ needed done. I had a post and crown on my front tooth which had been missing a crown for a couple years. Also had a crown put on for a missing one for an old bridge that had fallen out in the spring. I think their x-ray technique was better than I've had in U.S. I felt confident and was well informed on everything every step of the way. They wanted to be sure I was happy with the final result and I was more than pleased. I never felt pressured to have more work done but I will definitely come back in the fall for crowns and implants. I told a gentleman hawking another dental office that cheaper doesn't mean better and I research before I make a decision. I think I did well to choose this office!

I had a wonderful experience at JP Dental, and I don't usually use wonderful and dentist in the same sentence. To be honest, I started my journey at another dentist my girlfriend recommended. I had an appointment for a cleaning/x-rays and a root canal. My dentist back home gave me a choice about a year ago, between a root canal and a filling. Of course, I picked the filling simply for price, and my dentist explained that he wasn't sure how long it would last. Well, while staying this winter in AZ, I started experiencing some discomfort in that filling area, so I believed my time was up. That's why I scheduled a root canal as well. When we arrived at the dentist, the cleaning and x-rays were done, but they told me there was not enough tooth left to do a root canal. Therefore, I had to get the tooth extracted and then an implant put in. I've never had a tooth pulled, which I was shaky about, and the price for the implant was super high, more than my root canal would have been back home. Anyway, I was to come back in 3 hours to get the tooth pulled and then come back another day for the implant. We went to get a bite to eat, and discuss, and I reminded my husband that several people outside Dental offices were asking if we needed a Dentist or a 2nd opinion? I said we have 3 hours, let's get a 2nd opinion. We found JP, and wow! They offered to check me out, and Dr. Urias said that I certainly did have enough tooth for a root canal, and he could do it right then. Guillermo saved me a lot of pain and a lot of money, plus he did a few other things. He was very kind and knowledgeable, and I felt comfortable and in expert hands from the time I arrived! I recommend this Dental practice 💯%, and the owners husband and wife team, were very friendly as well. Almost forgot,1 Dr. Urias also recommended an awesome place for shrimp tacos, but that's a whole other review. We definitely will be back to visit JP Dental again!

So glad I did the research before my sister and I came to Algodones. We visited several dentists that was happy to promise everything in a day or two, except one, that being Smile Center, who said we needed to let things heal before proceeding to a final result. They told my sister, she only needed to replace 2 teeth, not 22 as prescribed by the other dentists including 1 in the US. We are so happy with the decision we made and the results we received. We can only thank them for their integrity, vision and skill. Hopefully, you’ll find the same to be true. Special thanks to Johanna and Francisco for managing our stay from our hotel rooms and rides to the hotel and border. Not to be forgotten are the dentists that were patient, kind and so so skilled. This experience has changed our lives. As far as pricing it was fair and considerably lower than US prices and inline with others.

Like most people I am not a big fan of going to the dentist; that said, my experience with Oasis Dental Group was quite positive. I was promptly contacted by "Deeo", who was knowledgeable and efficient; he quickly arranged for an appointment, lodging and provided interpretation when required. Deeo's services were indispensable, he has a knack for making things go smoothly. The Dentists and staff were great; friendly and skilled. I have old back and neck injuries and they went out of their way to ensure that I was as comfortable as possible. The facility is modern and very clean. In summation, I would recommend Oasis Dental Group to family and friends without reservation. Very reasonable prices and excellent, friendly service.

You won't find this type of perfection anywhere in the U. S. Amazing staff, from Francisco to the doctor who did an amazing job. We are never going to a dentist in the U.S. When you can have better than anywhere in the U.S. Results for a fraction of the price. They are making sure that you are happy and they are truly detail-oriented. Thank you guys, I recommend you to anyone who needs dental work.
