Two weeks ago I had just finished my final intervention for dental implants which were professionally carried out by Dr. Jean Paul Demajo. (Yesterday I went for follow up and everything was OK). At Demajo Dental clinic I really do feel like visiting friends because not only everyone is friendly, but also know that I am well being seen to by experts. The place is modern, equipped with state of the art equipment, impeccably clean and well organised. The intervention was literally painless! The only pain I felt was the little prick of the injection. After the effect of the injection wore off I never felt any pain whatsoever which obviously means that surgery was perfectly carried out without any complications. .... and mine was not a small easy job!! It entailed full upper jaw implants + bone augmentation in the upper jaw + implants on half of the lower jaw + bone augmentation in the lower jaw + crowns on the other half of the lower jaw. Not a 5 minute job! During the healing process I sent several emails to Dr. Jean Paul asking him for something and I always got an answer even if late at night. Despite being a very busy person he allocates time to answer all the emails. Now, thanks to Dr Jean Paul, I can taste and enjoy food again and smile confidently. My rating is definitely 10/10. The dentist was very helpful and gave me the information and reassurance I needed in relation to the medication I have been prescribed and its effect on my dental care. In case where there is no active infection and the gum and bone is intact, it is sometimes possible to remove a tooth which is failing or which has been traumatized and to insert an implant at the same time and bring it to function with a temporary tooth. Should immediate replacement not be possible additional bone grafting and soft tissue gum corrective procedures may have to be employed.
