Review The clinic was nice and the doctor was very friendly. My emergent need for the orthodontic retainer was very well handled where I was set for an appointment as soon as they could. However, I am sorry to say that the retainer was of such bad quality that one was cracked in less than 3 weeks (without any misuse action or harsh activity, I just woke up to find it already cracked). While my previous retainer had been in good condition for more than 6 months until I lost it. I have contacted the clinic again, and it was very disappointing to me that they refused to give me an alternative one saying they don't provide guarantees and if I needed a new one I would have to pay the same price again!!Sali, Malaysia, 17 Jul 12
