Dr Colon O'Hehir is a real gentleman. He is very professional and puts the patient totally at ease. I have been to different dentists but I can honestly say Colin is by far the best at making you feel so comfortable and excellent at giving the anaesthesia.

5 50 Invisalign™

Invisalign

I'm having Invisalign done to straighten my front teeth. The Invisalign treatment is amazing and I am so pleased that I went to Dean Street Dental as they are looking after me so well. I couldn't recommend them enough! They are all so lovely in there..The aligners that i wear are so comfortable and it is great to be able to take them off to clean my teeth, while eating or when I'm in town meeting the girls for lunch etc.I cant really believe how good my teeth are looking already and nobody actually notices you are even wearing them!! I'm delighted!!

A friend had highly recommended Paul O'Donnell to me, and I am so thankful to her. I recommend everyone to go here. Paul is so nice, and all the staff were so friendly. I was nervous following bad experiences with other dentists, but that is all a thing of the past.

Nice man and very professional

5 50 Dentist Consultation

I had a phobia of the dentist before coming here. I had root canal on my back tooth which is supposed to be the worst thing that you can have done at the dentist but it wasn't that bad. I went to Colin and he is such a nice man and very professional. The receptionist is also lovely and seems to remember everyone's name! Can't recommend them highly enough and I have never felt compelled to write a review before this one!

Dentist Consultation

I was very happy with my treatment and the way I was treated. The staff are very professional and friendly. The price was very good for the excellent quality of dentistry i received. I would consider myself a nervous patient but not only was Colin very gentle, I also had the choice of watching any film while having treatment. I have no hesitation in recommending Dean Street Dental Clinic. The overall atmosphere of the clinic is great.

B.A., B.Dent.Sc. (Trinity College, Dublin). Originally from Bray, Co. Wicklow, he qualified from Trinity College Dublin. Paul enjoys all aspects of dentistry and has a special interest in cosmetic dentistry such as cosmetic white fillings, porcelain veneers and crowns and tooth whitening. Paul is a registered provider for Invisalign clear braces, Inman Aligner and Enlighten, B1 shade-guaranteed, teeth whitening. Following graduation he spent two years working in a busy general practice in Colchester, England. He gained valuable experience there and returned to Ireland, working in Thurles and Cashel for a number of years before taking over in Dean Street Dental in 2008. Paul has dedicated some of his time to working as a volunteer dentist with the Ceka Smile charity in Nairobi, Kenya. He regularly attends continuing professional development courses and seminars, keeping up to date with all of the most advanced and best practice techniques, ensuring that all patients are provided with the best care possible. Paul has carried out postgraduate training in both the Invisalign and Inman Aligner orthodontic treatments. His gentle nature with patients allows for very pleasant experiences for even the most nervous of patients.

B.A., B.Dent.Sc. (Dublin), MFDS RCSEd (Edinburgh). He graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 2004. He spent a few years working in a busy general practice in Cambridge, England. Here Colin gained valuable experience and training in the use of Invisalign aligners and treatments including laser whitening and CEREC 3d. He was an active member of the British Dental Association and is now a member of the Irish Dental Association and invests a lot of time into postgraduate training and courses. He returned to Ireland in 2006 where he worked in established busy private practices in Waterford and Wexford for a few years before returning to his hometown of Kilkenny and taking over at Dean Street Dental in 2008. He has a keen interest in advanced restorative and cosmetic dentistry. He has built up a lot of experience in the use of dental sedation and enjoys treating very nervous patients and helping them overcome their phobias. He is dedicated to providing the highest level of dental care to his patients and to ensuring the experience at Dean Street Dental is always a positive one.
