Beechwood Dental Clinic

David graduated from Birmingham University Dental School in 1991. After completing his vocational training year, he worked for several years in general practice in Birmingham. During this time he completed Paul Tiptons Restorative and Advanced Restorative post graduate courses in Manchester St Annes Centre of Dental Excellence. David then moved into Private Practice in Buckinghamshire, as a partner in the Bourne End Dental practice. Here he studied under Larry Rosenthal of the New York Institute of Aesthetic dentistry. After leaving the UK, David lived for two years in Munich, gaining experience and insight into European techniques and priniciples. Before returning to establish Beechwood Dental in Dublin, he took a four month sabbatical to work as a volunteer dentist in a Cambodian childrens dental hospital; a challenging and highly rewarding experience.

David practices all aspects of general dentistry, and has considerable experience in restorative (rebuilding) and cosmetic dentistry.

Outside of the surgery, David is a keen sportsman, and sports fan, and also enjoys travel, reading and the rare bit of quiet time.

Peter graduated from Birmingham University Dental School in 1996 with a distinction in clinical dentistry. After completing his vocational training under implant specialist Dr Neil Wilson, he worked for nine years in Rathgar, whilst holding a part-time teaching position in Trinity College Dental Hospital.

Peter undertook a one year dental implant course in the UK and numerous other dental implant courses around Europe. He has been placing and restoring dental implants for 8 years and he also has a special interest in crown, veneers, bridge and tooth whitening dental treatments. Peter owned his own practice in Rathgar, which has now been relocated here to Beechwood Dental.

Peter lives in Ranelagh with his wife and two children. He has a keen interest in water sports and boating with his family.
