Dentures

Dentures offer a trusted, affordable solution for replacing missing teeth. Where tooth decay has gone too far for treatment or a lot of teeth are missing, dentures may be the best option available. A well fitted set of dentures should restore your smile, returning your face to a more natural look by providing support for your cheeks and lips.

Each set of dentures will be individually crafted and should take no more than 4 visits before wearing. A number of innovations are making denture wear easier and healthier such titanium implants which, allow the dentures to be more firmly secured and at the same time reducing wear on the jaw.

9 Dunville Avenue, Ranelagh, Dublin Dentures: Dentures are removable teeth, placed in the mouth to replace missing teeth. They are usually made of a hard plastic and sometimes will have a metal structure (cobalt chrome) structure to give them better grip. The main advantage of a denture is that it is easily fabricated and relatively inexpensive. The main disadvantage is that they can be difficult to tolerate and may move when eating or talking.

Medical Center, Level 3, The Square, Tallaght Review by tanya - Were you pleased with the treatment?
Yes I'm very pleased! It was the first time in years to actually visit a dentist, over a fear that I have. Well I eventually picked up the courage as one of my teeth broke and I had to go. The whole experience from walking in the door to leaving was a very pleasant one. I was warmly welcomed by reception and brought into the dentist where upon we we're introduced. The girl told him of my fear of dentists and he put me very much at ease. He took an x=ray as he thought he might be able to save my tooth by doing a root canal but it was too damaged and had to be extracted. I was given shots for the pain and he even let the girl/nurse stay and hold my hand! It only took a few seconds maybe 3 and it was done! I didn't feel a thing! Will be returning soon and I feel safe in their hand!! Thank you all kindly.
