The damaged tissue is removed along with the end of the root tip. A root-end filling is placed to prevent reinfection of the root and the gum is sutured. The bone naturally heals around the root over a period of months restoring full function. Following the procedure, there may be some discomfort or slight swelling while the incision heals. This is normal for any surgical procedure. To alleviate any discomfort, an appropriate pain medication will be recommend

Heya i was very pleased with all the services i got starting with the fast feed back i received when i sent the email first day i got an appointment for my son jordan very swiftly the dentist was extermly helpful he boosted jordan up very much so as jordan was very nervous i really liked the plan he worked out for us hopefully i will be dealing with total dental in the near future

Ardfallen Mall, Douglas road, Cork Review by Niamh - Were you pleased with the treatment? I have been attending Shane for a few years and have reccommended him to others who have all been more than pleased and have returned. he explains everything , doesn't believe in any pain and will follow up with a call to check up. Highly reccommended.Dont know if his prices are more or less expensive but if you can go to a dentist without feeling dread that that is worth everything I think.
