I contacted Ballincollig Dental through this website. I am a very nervous patient & from the first contact I was looked after. They explained in advance the best plan for me & when I visited for my first treatment I was talked through things as they happened helping me relax. Louise the dentist is friendly professional & kind. As was the dental nurse. I was given so much assurance & support I would highly recommend this dental clinic.

Heya I was very pleased with all the services I got starting with the fast feed back I received when I sent the email first day I got an appointment for my son Jordan very swiftly the dentist was extremely helpful he boosted Jordan up very much so as Jordan was very nervous I really liked the plan he worked out for us hopefully I will be dealing with total dental in the near future

Having been 10 years since seeing a dentist I was quite nervous. All staff were very helpful, Mr. Con O'Leary took me through the necessary work I needed step by step and with crystal clarity. Would 100% recommend.

`Yes all was very satisfactory. We queried the need to have 2 dental implants and the dentist said it was not necessary. Retainers were recommended instead. This was very honest and saved us a fortune.

I have been receiving treatment the last few months and which is still ongoing. I am pleased with the service so far. The staff have always been welcoming and friendly when I arrive. Dr Con O' Leary puts me at ease, is a great communicator and does a thorough and excellent job with my teeth.

Yes-I am pleased with the many options and choices made available to me. My good points were emphasised and no problem/query was too big to deal with. I felt fully informed and at ease.
Would you recommend the clinic?
Absolutely- price wise I have been quoted by other clinics far higher than this clinic. There is a lovely friendly- yet utterly professional atmosphere in there.
Would you return for further treatment?
Yes, I am happy to pursue this clinic as my new dentist, despite it being far from where I live. Peace of mind is worth travelling for.
