I went to Dr. Barry Yu for my veneers. I’m quite happy with the experience, but I’m not totally satisfied with the results. I went with them because the prices were reasonable. The doctor gave me enough information regarding the procedure, but I had no idea I’d have to pay for the consultation. I think there might have been a misunderstanding between me and receptionist, and this resulted in me paying an extra 500 Hong Kong dollars.
The clinic is great. It’s very nice and clean, while the staff are approachable and accommodating. The only problem I had, was that the clinic didn’t have the specific color for my teeth, so they had to make a special order with the supplier. It’s normal for dentists not to have all the colors in stock, and I had to wait sometime for it to arrive. The clinic did follow-up with me, and we arranged a date where I could come in to redo or change the color of my teeth
