Dr Stanley Chan Dental Practice

I did re-filling on my tooth. Dr.Stanley is very nice and patiently explains the conditions of the tooth and the treatments required. However, I, unfortunately, would like to share that my experience was NOT good. The main reason is that the dental clinic is always chased by time. The nurse (or assistant) is also looking after the reception desk, so they are very busy that it is not easy to have conversations on problems. (Imagine that the bell keeps ringing while you're getting treatment but no one is at the desk, and the nurse tries to leave the treatment room whenever possible. This is definitely not comfortable) Moreover, I feel like the treatment is not taken care of enough because - again - so many patients are waiting outside. If anyone has a high standard on dental treatment and follow-up services in the overall experience, please re-consider.

I went for a root canal. Dr Stanley is very gentle and gives the injections in a painless way. He is doing the procedure over 2 appointments. It hurt the next day, but I think this is normal. It is very good value for money. It is about the same as I would pay in the UK, which would be about 600 to 700 pounds.

Got checked up and Replaced chipped tooth with crown. Two treatment in total, both time had to wait a few minutes but treatments are done in very efficiently. Dr. Chan is very patient and thoroughly explains every step.

Small and clean, very convenient location with Saturday availability. Relatively pain free booking process.

I had a general check up and scaling. It was simply amazing. Very reasonably priced and he pays attention to very detail. Convenient location in central. Good facility.

No overbooking so you don't have to wait a long time unlike other clinics. Highly recommend.

I chose this clinic because the rates for the teeth cleaning and a small addition treatment were very reasonable. The appointment was made by phone, with Dr Chan himself calling me. I arrived, filled out a form and was immediately taken into the room. The treatment was efficient, Dr Chan explained what would happen. And he did a great job. Thank you Dr Chan!
