My son received a nerve tooth treatment beside to other issues, it was perfectly done from A to Z. We faced a minor problem which has been generously solved be the Upper manager (Dr.Ahmed Raffat) who insisted to have a part of the treatment for free after a small misunderstanding.

The New Clinic property is a Class A in terms of everything, sterilization, warm friendly reception going through the skillful performing staff especially Dr. Ahmed Raafat and the obvious care in selecting the top raw material selection.
Dealing with kids in teeth treatment is very hard but their every thing goes smooth and easy with my kids.

The treatment was excellent, Dr Ahmed explained everything you well and was very patient with me and answer all of my questions which I posed to him. The wait time in which you have to wait for your service was also extremely fast.

I am an American, which simply came in for an route check up, in order to view what type of service they would provide and to see if would I trust there situation they had going on. I was so satisfied with the service that I am on my fifth visit. Great customer service and also a pleasant waiting room as well.

Crown repair

I called during the weekend for an urgent appointment . The response was immediate and the clinic received me in few hours. Reception, ambience, communication were all excellent. All in all I had positive experience and I intend to pursue full treatment there. I surely recommend the place to others .

Actually I will finish my treatment in a couple of months with them, though the information that the clinic offers is really good and the price is reasonable to any budget.

Dr. A.Raafat is by far the best dentist I have been to in years. He is very professional and explains the procedures very well and is also very patient and a good listener. In other words, a caring dentist you can trust!
The overall experience with the work that was done so far is outstanding. The office is clean and very well organized.
Great dentist and helpful staff too! I'm definitely going back!
