Having had major problems with my teeth since a young age, I decided to look into getting dental implants here in Canada. The price was so expensive that I put it off and put it off. I had a friend tell me about Dr. Asenjo.....very sceptical!!!!! I did my research and today I have the perfect smile thanks to Dr. Asenjo. He is an extremely talented Doctor who takes pride in what he does. To say it's his passion is an understatement.

He is a perfectionist. I had 21 teeth removed and 18 implants placed. The following day I had a full mouth of perfect teeth. It is such an honour to have the teeth created by someone who is truly a pioneer in the industry. His knowledge is extensive. I cannot say enough good things for this man and his team. Maria and Johanna held my hand and comforted me throughout the whole procedure and answered every single question I had post surgery.

I highly recommend Dr. Asenjo for any procedure you may need. I consider them family.

BEST DECISION EVER

From the time I had my initial phone consultation with Dr. Asenjo a year ago, I felt comfortable. He was extremely knowledgeable, passionate, & humble.

Fast forward, Dr Asenjo did my implant surgery today (10/2/23). He removed 3 implants that had been placed in 2007 in the US and he placed 18 implants ( I was in a full denture). I am a dental phobic and needle phobic and I was extremely anxious and terrified of undergoing the procedure. Dr. Asenjo’s team assured me that i would be fine and that I would have minimal pain and discomfort. Never in my 51 years did I think that I could have 18 implants placed with NO PAIN!! I had absolutely NO PAIN during the surgery. I had mild discomfort afterwards & they gave me a pain pill under my tongue & I was good!!

From the time I walked into the room, his entire team was waiting for me with open arms! They were very welcoming, knowledgeable, professional, & prepared. It instantly calmed me down.

Then when I met Dr. Asenjo, I found him to be confident, professional, informative, patient, humble, compassionate, and EXTREMELY TALENTED!!! He has definitely mastered his craft and he has the dream team working alongside of him. Fun fact: His teammates are dentists too (not assistants). This spoke volumes to me about how he runs his practice and he’s a doctor of integrity & good character.

I have to mention that one of the dentist’s that was there ( forgot to get her name) held & rubbed my hand during the entire surgery! I WILL NEVER FORGET HER OR HIM AND HIS AMAZING TEAM!

I will never go to anyone else for my dental or my family’s dental needs. I traveled from Fl and it was the best decision that I have ever made! I get my permanents tomorrow but I could not wait to give this review because, I know that the experience I had today will be the same tomorrow! STELLAR DOCTOR & TEAM! I am definitely #TEAMASENJO! Once we coordinated a surgery date, the process has been smooth and well organized. Their driver picked us up and he was on time. When I stepped into the office, Dr. Asenjo’s team was their waiting for me with open arms. They were welcoming, professional, and knowledgeable. I’m a dental and needle phobic and they were extremely understanding and accommodating.

Dr. Asenjo removed 3 failed implants (that I had placed previously, in 2005 in the US and he placed 18 implants (as I was in a full denture). The entire process was smooth and painless. His entire team has so much swag! He is meticulous, compassionate, professional, great bed side manner, and an expert! I was over impressed and another fun fact: His team are also dentists and not assistants!!! There are just some things that money cannot buy: During my surgery, one of his teammates held my hand throughout the surgery. This compassionate act alone, is why I will NEVER go anywhere else for my and my family’s dental needs.

I have just had a Crown Implant done. I cant believe how efficient Dr Asenjo is and the technology surpasses anything I've seen in canada the UK and South Africa. I've had this crown fixed 3time! twice in Canada and recently in SA. The dentist in South Africa said the work done in Canada was Not to his expectation and guaranteed it would fall out again.

Sure enough upon my arrival to Canada it did. Sadly I didn’t have enough time to do it there (SA) but was coming on holiday to the DR soon and had heard about Dr Asenjo. One visit!!! Thats all it took!!! Truth!!
To be told No bone grafts are needed, No invasive surgery is needed but one visit for tooth ( molar) removal. Tooth was black and unsightly. Second visit, day after, To get my crown.

I have had no pain and no blood loss. I slept well last night. I won't lie, I was worried!! I was surely expecting both. It didn't happen. No pain no mess. I'm excited about my new tooth and I will definitely be back.

Dr. Miguel and assistants were amazing. Had all my top teeth removed and implants put in. All that was said in the Website was true. Very professional and clean. State of the art equipment.Going back in a couple of months to have the bottom teeth done. Highly recommend Dr. Miguel and staff awesome job.

I started going to Dr. Asenjo a few years ago. It was the best decision I ever made. Everything is state of the art, better than the USA, trust me when I tell you. Dr. Asenjo is so passionate about his craft, he is a dentist God. Very down to earth, very kind. I had 9 implants done in less than 2 hours with not even an ounce of pain. I never had any issues at all with any of the work I have received from him. Highly recommend, always and forever.

First I thank Doctor Miguel Asenjo, very satisfied with the work that he performed more than 15 implants. My greatest experience, that I did not have intense pain, as he told me. It is wonderful. I want to mention that he has an excellent work team. Many blessings to all.

I have recently returned back from the office of Dr. Asenjo in Punta Cana. I had an amazing experience with him and his staff. I had 3 implants, 4 crowns, tooth extractions and 2 root canals within no time at all. I could not believe that the quality and honesty of a dentist would come from a person that I met in one day. This leads me to wonder what my primary dentist (in the US) has been doing with my teeth for the past 5 years. The price was at least 75% less than what I would have paid in the US. I will be returning with my parents and friends in a couple of months and will spread the word.

In addition, his reputation within his community is outstanding and he is well known in the DR. Also, what you see is what you get...he does the work himself and takes pride in his craft. A four-hour flight just saved me 40K...now that is the bigger picture!

Dr Miguel was amazing every step of the way. Professional, friendly, and treated my sister like he’s known her for years! She went into the dentist office with a fear of dentists, and at the end of the day, she was smiling from ear to ear! His work speaks for itself — literally same-day results! I had a good visit. The doctor and his staff are very professional and courteous.

I was pleased by how quickly the process progressed. My dentist in the USA would have taken weeks to do what was primarily done in two days. One day to assess what needed to be done. The first day of treatment was one hour twenty minutes in the chair. Next day was forty minutes to fit the new crowns. Another couple of five-minute visits to make minor adjustments.

Hopefully, I'll be back in six months to get more work done. Just wish the cost could be even lower. But the cost of what was done is still lower than in the USA.

Excellent service. Process was professional, courteous, fast and the results were amazing. Dr. Asenjo is an artist in his craft. My teeth look very natural and most importantly the visits were painless. I highly recommend him.

I've been going to Punta Cana oral health. All the time I've been in Punta Cana. The staff here is exceptionally friendly, always seems excited to see me when I enter. Despite a history of tooth decay, I can still say that I am not afraid of having my teeth checked! I cannot count the number of times I have recommended Punta Cana oral health.
