Over a year ago I had started treatment in Tijuana Mexico and I was supposed to return in 4 months to have implants and crowns put in. I live in California 2 1/2 hour drive from the border, however, things took a turn for the worse with illegal migration building, criminal retaliation shootings kidnapping and so forth I felt uncomfortable returning. So I went online looking for something comparable, quality work that was affordable, I considered Spain because I had been there several times and was listed, so was Costa Rica and I've always wanted to visit it, then I looked up the top recommendations and decided on Clear Choice. I contacted them and spoke to Gabriel Fallas and they're fluent in both Spanish and English, from the first moment I found him reassuring and helpful. I sent a copy of my X-Ray and we were able to come to terms on treatment and pricing. Upon arrival they picked me up at the airport took me to the hotel and picked me and dropped me off for every appointment including another X-Ray from the pharmacy and back to the airport they even offered me transportation to a beautiful beach 3 hours away. I had extensive work done by Doctor Heiner Cubero and I am extremely happy with the outcome. I had 8 implants 2 molar extractions and bone grafts and 23 crowns using top-quality materials, it was almost pain-free. The Doctor did it in two visits and one day of rest in between. I came to Costa Rica at the end of February 2023 to work with Dr. Gadea and I had a wonderful experience. I was referred to him by a number of his patients who had successful experiences with him, and they live in North Carolina. The doctor and I emailed back-and-forth since the fall. He never hesitated to get back to me as soon as possible when I had questions. As a woman on my own, traveling to Costa Rica for dental work, I felt safe and secure, I felt supported and listened to by Dr. Gadea and his lovely staff. Everyone was kind and considerate. Everyone speaks wonderful English as well. His office has state of the art equipment to help further diagnose. My treatment plan consisted of six veneers, a root canal and a crown, a deep cleaning over my six veneers as well as teeth whitening. Dr. Gadea is an artist. He did an amazing job on my six front teeth. He did a fabulous job on my teeth in general. Even the anesthesia the doctor used seemed cleaner than the products they use at my general dentist in North Carolina. I am so grateful for him and his wonderful staff. I am so relieved that I am in network with Dr. Gadea. I will be going back every year that I can because I trust him with his superior artistic skills and his exemplary technical skills.

I highly recommend Dr. Jehova Rafa without reservation! I have been at dentists around the world due to an accident I had when I was 11 years old. I had a lot of operations until I was 28 years old, but there were still some things to do on my lower jaw. I was looking for a relatively pain-free and affordable treatment. A dentist in Germany suggested implanting gum from my palate to give my lower jaw more stability. Others from the U.S suggested implants or bridges. All this means destroying additional teeth that are basically still healthy. Dr. Jehova Rafa on the other hand suggested veneers and he corrected four teeth within a week.
