Stephen Allen brings over 30 years of experience and extensive training as a cosmetic dentist and implant dentist to Fine Dentistry based in Canterbury, Melbourne.
Stephen qualified from Adelaide University, graduating top in his class in Restorative Dentistry and Periodontology. For two years he worked as a Dental Officer in the Royal Australian Army before practicing in Adelaide for a further 19 years. In 2001 he moved to London where he work in highly prestigious practices in Harley Street, Drury Lane and Old Brompton Road. During this time he enthusiastically pursued his interests in comprehensive restoration dentistry, implant dentistry and cosmetic dentistry.
Whilst working in London, Stephen was highly sought after by actors, singers and other celebrities in search of advanced cosmetic dentistry and he made regular appearances on television, radio and in print as an expert cosmetic dentist. Many patients travelled from all over Europe for dental treatment with Dr. Allen.
He is a member of the Australian Dental Association, a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and has been a member of the British Dental Association, Association of Dental Implantology, American Academy of Implant Dentistry and the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.
With his perfectionist nature, Dr. Allen has created award winning smiles for a wide range of clients including actors, models, pop-stars, and celebrities. He is a fully certified Invisalign® dentist, and has a special interest in smile makeovers using ceramic porcelain veneers, teeth whitening, and all-porcelain dental crowns as well as in complete mouth rebuilds. He regularly attends courses in cosmetic and implant dentistry in many parts of the world.
