I visited Novusklinik due to a concern that I had with an existing temporary crown and what appeared to be an abscess above it. My dental hygiene has been poor for far too long and I was quite embarrassed actually to go, but I'd put things off for far too long. The care I have received throughout the extensive work required has been exceptional and far exceeded my expectations. Dr Sabri talked me through each and every step as I was been treated, putting my mind at ease and answering any questions that I put his way. The result I have now, is a healthier mouth, a smile that I'm actually proud of and most of all I'm pain-free whilst eating and drinking. I always say the same thing to my children and that is 'look after your teeth kids'.....my advice if you need to have dentistry work is don't hesitate to head over to Novusklinik in İstanbul. You'll be in exceptional hands. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I have just returned from Turkey after finishing my treatment for all on four implants. I have nothing but praise for all of the staff involved in my time there and my treatment. My prosthetics doctor's assistant Seda is very kind and skilled for someone so young and very enthusiastic, thank you. My good friend Cavit, my driver is just the best, always on time and keen to help. Above all my prosthetics doctor Ilkyaz was and is amazing. She is so skilled in her work and went out of her way to make everything fit and comfortable. Ilkyaz you are a beautiful star. Thank you. Just completed my eye lens replacement treatment through sam patient company. Everything went smoothly due to their professional staff namely Berfin and Mert. They are friendly, efficient, and trustworthy. I would recommend them to anyone seeking treatment.

It is always difficult to decide who you will trust to carry out any alterations on your body, let alone when your teeth and smile are concerned! A good friend had researched the many Dental Clinics in Turkey via the internet last year and, as a result, he decided to have his teeth repaired by Dentapoint, in Izmir. He had a total of 26 crowns fit and the results looked amazing! Knowing this gave me the complete confidence to proceed with the repairs and improvements, which I had wanted to get done for many years. I contacted Dentapoint via email and very quickly I was in contact with a representative who informed me of the process, accommodation, timings, prices etc. I sent off photographs of my teeth as requested, and after being given a quote, I quickly made the decision to proceed. I booked flights with Pegasus from London Stansted to Izmir and within a week I was on my way; yes that quick! On arrival at the airport (late evening), I was met and greeted by the private driver and taken directly to the hotel to check-in. The Doubletree Hilton is not only an excellent hotel, but it is very conveniently next door to the recent addition to Datapoint’s’ clinics; they now have three in Izmir. Full instructions were given prior to, and on arrival, as to when I was required to attend the clinic. I was met in the hotel lobby on the morning of Day 1 treatment day by the representative ‘Dogan’ and shown where to go. The staff at the clinic reception were very welcoming, helpful, and pleasant and this remained the case throughout my visit. After registration, (passport details copied, documentation signed, payment made) I was quickly taken to a booth for the required X-rays and 3D imagery. Then, with no time wasted, I was in the dental chair! Dentapoint Clinic occupies a very modern and extremely clean building and is equipped with the latest in State-of-the-Art technology! The Cosmetic Dentist, Mahmut Boran and his assistant Cansel, are clearly very experienced, very pleasant, and their professional approach to taking care of me quickly added to the confidence; previously established. Dogan was in attendance throughout to assist with translation, and he provided me with useful information on the procedure. My dental work consisted of a complete set of crowns, replacing some real ugly veneers and caps I’d had done over a period of 20+ years. It also included replacing a bridge and gaps with four implants and root fillings. For this amount of work, mainly the implants, it meant I would have to return after a minimum of three months to have the ‘finishing touches’ carried out. The results: SIMPLY AMAZING! I am extremely happy with my ‘new set of gnashers’ and they look very natural. The colour was my choice, I did not want my teeth to look bright white and fake (attracting questions from people) so what was fit matched perfectly to my original vision. I am gradually getting used to smiling confidently again and just love the new look! One thing that must also be stressed in this review is just how sincere, helpful, and friendly the Turkish people are; and this does not just apply to the staff at Dentapoint! Everyone I met during my two visits to Izmir (a total of 11 days) was pleasant and displayed happiness and contentment. The Doubletree Hilton Hotel also deserves credit, and this will be done in a separate review, as the accommodation, food and staff were all way above the average to which I am accustomed to in the United Kingdom and many other parts of the world. Finally, and trust me that I would not say this if it was not warranted, if you are thinking about having your smile back then look no further. I would thoroughly recommend Dentapoint, Izmir. The complete package, from start to finish was extremely professional and the result exceeded my expectations! On a personal note, to Dentapoint: Please keep up the good work and don’t lose that friendliness and charm you all have, it is a quality that should be envied by many!

This review is long overdue. What can I say except Dr Osman and his team are truly amazing. I flew to Antalya in August 2019 to begin my treatment. I was met at the airport by a lovely driver and taken to my hotel. On the Monday, I was collected from the hotel by the driver and taken to the clinic. I was really impressed on my arrival as every inch of the clinic was spotless. My treatment has been first-class since day one as I have been a patient at the clinic for 4 Years! I even visited the clinic to have my permanent teeth fitted once the Covid 19 restrictions were lifted as I’d been wearing my temporary teeth for nearly 18 months. What can I say Dr Osman is an amazing restorative dentist and in my opinion the best in his field. I have an imperfect amazing smile thanks to him my smile is so natural. Dr Osman is amazing and constructed for me a natural white set of teeth which I absolutely love. My treatment consisted of 11 implants a sinus lift and bone grafting. I have also had injections in both my cheeks to relax the muscles in my jaws as on further examination at the clinic it was found that I grind my teeth. The whole experience for me at the Umut Dental clinic has been amazing any concerns or problems I encountered have been resolved swiftly and I can honestly say I would do it all again. The pain I felt during the implantation of my implants was managed well and I would like to once again personally thank everyone at the Umut Clinic for all for their professionalism and expertise. Hopefully, I’ll see you all later in 2024 for a check up. My nose was a bit small, and my bridge was low, so I decided to undergo surgery. The consulting person was professional and they were really fast in terms of feedback, so I trusted them and decided to get my surgery through them. Now, 3 months have passed and it has become quite natural-looking. I hear from a lot of people around me that I look prettier with my new nose and I'm feeling happy about it.

I started researching and contacting several dental clinics in Antalya on 06/04/23 From the very first WhatsApp communication with Thomas at Perla I felt very comfortable and confident about using this clinic. Thomas is a fantastic communicator and answers all questions with total clarity on WhatsApp and organised airport pick up via VIP transfer and then all other transfers from the hotel to the clinic. The clinic itself is incredible and is obviously fully equipped with the latest technology and the cleanliness in the whole practice is first class. The thing that stood out most was the staff at Perla. They were all amazing and I have never experienced customer service and care like it anywhere in the UK from any industry. It truly is a level above and 5 star rating does not do them justice. My treatment was extensive and I was treated by various different doctors as they have specialists for each different procedure and the doctors are constantly communicating with each other to ensure each task is performed to the highest level. I had 7 implants, 2 extractions, 4 root canal treatments, gum treatment, bone treatment, 21 zirconium crowns (7 to follow in December) and each of the nurses were fantastic. The different doctors were exceptional and of course Thomas is there all the time reassuring answering questions and generally taking care of me. This treatment (first visit) was completed in the space of 7 days and I am extremely happy I chose Perla. The 7 implants need time to heal and I will return in December to have these crowned. I am still in communication with Thomas and he is organising myself and my wife’s hotel stay for the second visit which is included in the overall price. I am delighted I chose Perla and highly recommend them due to the fantastic staff at the clinic. The whole team at Perla are amazing and they obviously place high importance on customer care from the helpful drivers, reception staff, admin staff, kind nurses, amazing doctors and of course the fantastic Thomas who puts it all together. We couldn’t be happier with the services and treatment we received from Dr Kubra and the team. We were feeling skeptical at first, but our worries were completely put aside when we arrived at the exceptionally clean clinic. We are very impressed with the technical equipment they have and also the friendly staff too. The treatments went very well, they know what they’re doing! My husband was need a lot of dental work done and dentists in Ireland and UK were wanting to extract his tooth. What a relief to find out that Dr Kubra was able to save the tooth with root canal and a crown - removing the need for a future implant. He also had an abscess in his tooth which had to be treated on. But Dr Kubra and the team were very cooperative and flexible with appointment times, to ensure all the work was completed before we went home. Would highly recommend their services.
