My first trip to Turkey to have implants and I have to say I'm really impressed. From the very moment I arrived in Turkey, the service I received was absolutely outstanding. My implants have settled really well and I can't wait to go back in 3 months time to have my final fitting for my implants and veneers. I can’t overstate how much both the experience and the end results with Gabriel & Clear Choice Dental with the doctors and staff of Pinares Dental Solutions exceeded my expectations. The way that the two work together from the moment I arrived until Gabriel took us back to the airport is a marvel of service and ease. I came to get affordable dental care, but I had no idea just how much more was included. Gabriel and the clinic staff are consummate professionals. Patients’ needs and comforts are their highest priority. From the compassionate and gentle excellence of the dental work itself to Gabriel’s anticipation and fulfilment of even the smallest personal needs, everything about the process was phenomonal. And I am uniquely over-qualified to judge, due to the sheer number of dental providers I have had to see in my lifetime! My needs coming into this visit were extensive, whole mouth renewal essentially. I required 8 teeth extracted, multiple root canals, 8 implants and several crowns and temporary appliances. The large amount of work meant many appointments during two separate trips 6+ months apart. The care provided by the doctors and staff was the best I've ever experienced anywhere, bar none. But it was the services above and beyond dental work that were the wonderful surprise! Gabriel’s mission was to ensure that visitors have the same excellent experience outside the dental office as in. Gabriel in his actions and words connected us to the flow and pace of Costa Rica and what makes the country and life there truly special. With his help, what has always been a stressful ordeal at home became two genuinely happy experiences. He took care of logistics and details seamlessly, but seeing Costa Rica through his eyes was a true extra gift. He is the very personification of Costa Rica’s national motto “¡Pura Vida!” —Jodi My name is Eric. I’m Jodi’s husband and I accompanied her as caregiver on her second trip. I have worked and traveled in many parts of Latin America, and I would agree with her assessment. Costa Rica is a special place and Gabriel makes it more so! I also really want to honor Drs. Saenz and Gutierrez. They practice care to the highest technical and safety standards and their results are self-evident, but beyond that their doctor-patient manner was what impressed me. Needing as much extensive invasive work as she did, Jodi faced real physical and emotional challenges. Everyone at the clinic was incredibly kind, patient, flexible, and supportive. Seeing my wife able to truly relax and smile without a care for the first time in years is happiness beyond words. Gabriel put us all together and made this all happen. It’s almost as an afterthought that I think of what it cost. But I want to highlight that both trips with a caregiver along (my son once and myself once) plus a few tourist attractions and day trips PLUS the cost of treatment still added up to well under half of what we were told the dental work alone would have cost in our country, even with what passes for ‘good’ dental insurance here. We are beyond satisfied with the entire experience!

I had a rhinoplasty a few days ago. I was very scared, but I was pleasantly surprised because everything went spectacularly well. I wanted to give a special thanks to Alondra, my assistant and the one who organized absolutely everything for me. Apart from everything, she took care of me and made me and my mother feel protected throughout this process. I recommend IXAlMED to everyone who wants to go to Turkey safely and calmly because they have incredible professionals.

Our daughter started orthodontic treatment with Dr. Mayra at age 8, we have continued to see Dr. Mayra or Dr. Genesis for the last 3 years. She has had several (3) sets of palate expanders at a savings of over $2000 each. We all continue to get our teeth cleaned & maintained regularly at this dentists office. We have been very happy with the service and level of expertise. We live in Phoenix and make the drive every few months as needed, it has been worth it. We have saved upwards of 6000$.

This was my first trip to Mexico for dental work. I was a little apprehensive not knowing the procedures of crossing the border. Turns out it was really easy, drive to the border, turn right into parking lot on Texas side. $2 to park and another $1 fee to walk into Mexico (.30 cents for return) Dentist office was a short walk away. Upon my initial exam, I was asked why I wanted a root canal when a filling would suffice the problem.....at the advise of my tech. I choose the $60 filling over the root canal, post, crown route my local dentist advised... The procedure went well with no issues. Very happy with the services received. Even though I decided on a different practice, Dr Guerra was extremely helpful throughout. A prompt first-day response, follow-up with excellent explanations and information. His diligence was and is greatly appreciated.

Fantastic!!!!!!! If America knew about Manny and knew about the care, you would not be able to get an appointment. A friend of mine went to his clinic and told me about her wonderful experience. I thank God she did. The cost is fantastic! but it only starts there. When you contact Manny, he will check Southwest fights and circle the ones that work best, he emails you, his recommendation. He will guide you on what hotel to stay in and when you fly in Manny will pick you up at the airport, take you to the clinic over the border, he will carry you to the hotel and if you need to return to the clinic, he will pick you up again until your treatment is complete. Manny delivers you to the airport when you are ready. I have gone several times over the years and Manny and his team have been fantastic. A couple of weeks ago my front tooth broke that held a bridge that Manny's dentist completed. Manny told me he would warranty their work!!!!!!! I still expected to get a small bill. When I got to Harlingen Texas where Manny picks you up, he rolled out the red carpet and had his usual full-service treatment and at the end, we walked straight out the door. He never even mentioned payment!!!!!!! Wow!!!!!!! I gave his team a nice tip but that was all I spent, and it was not expected. I did pay for travel but in America, it would have cost me all my savings. God Bless Manny and his team!!!!!!! This year will be by far easier for me and my family because of them.

My first treatment with Dr Diego Rosales concerning ongoing dental concerns as described in other later reviews ( as the full treatment has been a continuing process for 10 days.) was on the 15th. I had a lot of work to be done! He talked about all options and immediately made me feel comfortable, confident and at ease. His knowledge and expertise are incredible. He speaks fluent English with ease which had been a problem a few years ago when I tried to have dental work in Mexico. I have had nearly daily appointments with Dr Diego Rosales since and I am constantly astonished at his technical skills, his concern and professional care for patients and continued amazing work. The clinic is always impeccably clean and well organised.

They are all extremely kind and welcoming in this practice. Dr Preiss provided me with several different kinds of X-rays and a gentle recommendation for the replacement of a filling. It was definitely needed as my other dentist ignored my pain. The biggest thing is listening to your experiences and using his best judgement to find a solution. Apparently, there was actually decay UNDER my previous filling which didn't even show in the x-rays. I think it was a wise decision to replace the filling even not fully knowing what was under it. Experience - check. Wisdom - check. But also investigation and analysis are needed as well when it comes to the mystery of the human body. Check.

The entire office staff and physicians are completely wonderful and I would highly recommend this practice. I was traveling and had a cut on my front tooth and they repaired it flawlessly. I am so grateful to everyone and would highly recommend again!

I had the best of the best experience at Esteteeth Dental Clinic. It was a personal recommendation from a friend in London that took me to this clinic, I am living in Bodrum but my friend from the UK found them :)). She had all on 6 implants here and I had Hollywood smile with full mouth zirconia crowns. Highly recommended. Simply amazing experience with very affordable price.

I spent months consulting different people around the world before choosing them, and one of the biggest reasons I did so was that Dr. Sforzina really walked me through my x-rays and offered me clearly-explained options and didn't just try to talk me into the most expensive things. The office is pristine, elegant, and as modern and well-equipped as they come. The staff speaks both Spanish and English. They also provide you with a driver to and from the airport and your appointments, and he's one of the loveliest people I have ever met. I have a lot of trauma and anxiety around my teeth - even unmedicated childbirth of a large baby didn't hurt as much as some of the dental staff I've dealt with in my life. I can be a challenging patient because of all the emotion that comes up for me in the dentist's chair, and I cry easily, especially around this. While I am sure they were all glad when I was done and gone, Dr. Sforzina and staff were very tolerant, kind and patient with me during my visits. I asked him to make me beautiful and gave me an incredible smile that has made me look years younger, and since I now smile all the time, I do indeed feel beautiful. My confidence, as well as my digestive health, have been restored. I absolutely recommend them 100%."

5 star - I have named her the Queen of Saigon she was amazing with me picked me up from my hotel, cooked me lunch (it was amazing) ,took me out to dinner. Was also the best met her husband and kids. So accommodating. I forgot apple the dog he was cool. Can't recommend her enough if you are Australian go here the best treatment ever.

Dr Mario is awesome! He educates, take care of his clients, and executes flawlessly. He is a true specialist and craftsman and does phenomenal work! I just finished my work with him and I have to say he did AMAZING! He is a MASTER at what he does in dentistry! He goes above and beyond and yet takes the time to make you feel comfortable and consistently asks questions to ensure you are on the same page as him! I received 12 crowns in total, plus gum surgery, and deep cleaning with him. All of which were done flawlessly! Thanks Dr. Mario for everything!

I loved the Affective empathy, the staff, geez, I loved it all. I don't think I can ever be seen anywhere else. I am very appreciative that they fit me into a very tight schedule. They were very patient with me and went above and beyond. Very caring and understanding of my anxiety and needs, and I did NOT need sedated. Thank you all very much! Eres el mejor!!!
