Cosmetic Medicine at Mercy

(888) 848-7639 ext: 13669227 St. Paul Place, 6th Floor, Baltimore, 21202
"[Treatment name removed]"Deborah, Baltimore, 30 Jul 12
"I chose to have my first experience with [Treatment name removed] at Mercy based on three factors: 1) I could open a Care Credit account because they are listed as one of their participants that takes the card, 2) It was within blocks of my office, so it was convenient in location, and 3) since it was associated with a hospital it would be safe and the person would be skilled. The person who did it looked like a Barbie and admitted being a bit addicted to using injectables on herself, and looked like it. But at least she was enthusiastic about her job. I hoped this would mean she would really understand what she was doing. While the job wasn't bad. She had neglected to tell me it would take two syringes to take care of my major concerns. It was only after she ran out of the first syringe that I was told I'd have to get another one if I wanted the rest done. But since I had the Care Credit account, I figured it would be fine since I'd just be making payments for the next 6 months anyway. Then when I went to check out, I gave them my card and was informed they couldn't take Care Credit for payment! This was one of the first reasons I had chosen them in the first place. They came up on the Care Credit site as a place that accepts it. But apparently for everything EXCEPT injectables! Well, how would a customer know that? I had opened that account for the sole purpose of getting [Treatment name removed] and there I stood having just spent $800 that I could NOT put on this account, and was not at all prepared to pay for it in cash! I had to let them run my debit card, despite the fact it would mean I wouldn't be able to pay my bills on time because of it. And then as the days followed I notice that one side where she injected under the corner of my lip was not placed correctly and is uneven. :("
