Breast Implants: This is the most common cosmetic surgery procedure of them all. Breast enlargement uses cohesive silicone implants to enhance the size of the breasts. This procedure is done under general anaesthetic and tales around one hour to perform. In most cases a one night stay in hospital is required, although more and more are being performed as day cases ( meaning that you are admitted in the morning and allowed home in the evening).
