Biography:
Mr. Alex Karidis FRCS was born in Montreal, Quebec, Canada and earned his medical degree at the Aristotlian University of Salonika Greece in 1986.After attaining his medical degree he then went on to complete his general surgical training in accordance with the requirements of the Royal Colleges of Surgeons in the UK within designated accredited NHS posts.Completing his General Surgery training, he successfully passed written and oral examinations and became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Glasgow. Mr. Karidis then went on to complete advanced training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, in units accredited by the British Association of Plastic Surgeons. His training in plastic surgery included extensive experience in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, as well as surgery of the hand and microsurgical reconstruction.
