I recently had a procedure to remove an unsightly sebaceous keratosis from the side of my face. I chose to have this done at the Macs clinic in Watford by Mr Valadaria because he had been recommended by a friend, who was very pleased with the outcome of a similar operation some weeks earlier. It was a very positive experience and I am very pleased with the result. I had been embarrassed by this disfigurement for a long time and now it has totally gone. Mr Valadaria was so helpful, in explaining all the stages of the procedure and the recovery period. The staff were all lovely and I felt they genuinely cared about me. I would definitely recommend the Macs clinic in Watford and I would like to thank Mr Valadaria and his staff for providing such a positive experience for me

I had Labiaplasty four weeks ago and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I’m delighted with the results, I look and feel great! I’m overwhelmed by the amazing service I received, from the first point of contact. I was nervous about going to my first consultation, but I was instantly at ease when I met Mr Masood, I really can’t praise him enough. I couldn’t have wished for a better experience. The aftercare I received was outstanding. A week after surgery I was still quite tender, so I contacted Mr Masood who instantly replied to me and reassured me. He then stayed in contact to ensure I made some improvement over the next few days. Since then my recovery has been great! So, thank you again for your exceptional service!

Labiaplasty: Cannot praise Oakdin clinic, all the kind, helpful staff and Dr Masood enough! Wonderful life-changing experience. Considerably cheaper than larger plastic surgery clinics but a more personal experience with, in my opinion, greater expertise in their field. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend! Having previously dealt with Mya clinics and felt like unnamed cattle. Oakdin has a family and a personal feel. Dr Masood and the nurse made me feel relaxed throughout and reassured about my decision from start to finish, from the day I contacted them to my end result. The whole process was swift, I went from a face to face discussion with Dr Masood to booking in my procedure a few weeks later. On the day of the procedure, I was in and out within a few hours. The nurse talked to me throughout and was wonderful at calming any jitters I had. Dr Masood was also wonderful in dealing with a post-procedure concern I had and personally contacted me. I'm so pleased with my results.
