Mr Watts trained as an ENT surgeon in the North East of England and gained his FRCS-ENT qualification in 2002. During this time he was also awarded the Joseph Fellowship in Facial Plastic Surgery which he undertook in 2 European centres of excellence. Following this he sat and passed the board exams for the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (AAFPRS). To underpin this he is a member of the European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery and holds the Diploma for the AAFPRS. Mr Watts was appointed as an ENT Consultant and Facial Plastic Surgeon in 2003 in Brighton, sub-specialising in Rhinology and Facial Plastic Surgery. He is currently the undergraduate lead for ENT teaching at the Brighton and Sussex Medical School and holds the post of Honorary Senior Lecturer. Due to his specialist interests, Mr Watts lectures both nationally and internationally and sits on both the Training Committee for the Cosmetic Surgery Interspecialty Group and the Board of Facial Plastic Surgery, UK.

Mr Yelland received his MB BS from the University of London (St. George's Hospital) in 1986, and trained in the highly regarded breast reconstructive units of St. George's Hospital, The Royal Surrey County Hospital in Guildford and Royal Marsden Hospitals in London and Sutton. He spent 1990 - 1991 at St. George's Hospital Medical School and Charing Cross Hospital Medical School investgiating the role of growth factors in breast cancer. As a result of this work he was awarded a Master of Surgery degree from the University of London. In 1991 he became a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh and in 2001 a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England. Pursuing his interest in cosmetic surgery and breast reconstruction, Mr Yelland travelled to Atlanta, Georgia in the USA to study at Emory University, who's plastic and Reconstructive unit is known for its pioneering efforts in breast reconstruction and new endoscopic plastic surgical techniques. Today Mr Yelland is a Consultant in Breast Cancer, Reconstructive and Cosmetic Surgery at Brighton & Sussex University Hospital NHS Trust, with a special interest in cosmetic and related onco-plastic procedures, and a highly regarded cosmetic surgeon.

Mr da Assunção qualified as a doctor in South Africa and moved to the UK in 1998. He undertook speciality training in orthopaedic and trauma surgery in Southern England and then sub-specialised in knee and hip surgery. During this time, he undertook over 30 months of Fellowship training in advanced joint replacement and ligament reconstruction in Oxford, UK and Sydney, Australia, as well as undertaking orthopaedic trauma Fellowships in trauma centres in Perth, Australia and Seattle, USA. He currently practices at Western Sussex Hospitals NHS Trust, where he has a special interest in knee and hip surgery. He has expertise in the management of conditions affecting the hip and knee, particularly those requiring joint replacement or reconstruction and also has significant experience with sports trauma and trauma in the elderly.

Mr Tanner trained at  and in London before going on to hold junior posts at the  in Glasgow, the ,  and the in London. For over ten years now Mr Tanner has devoted his life entirely to Cosmetic Surgery, whilst continuing to hold the post of Honorary Consultant at the  in East Grinstead.

Mr Tanner is a Fellow of the, a member of the  and the  where he has also been a member of the council. He regularly attends international meetings in Dubai, British Virgin Islands, Rome, Nice, USA and Singapore, giving lectures and pursuing new techniques and innovations. He also gives many lectures all around the UK and mentors young consultants.
