If I could give 10 stars I would. From the first moment I contacted Fiona, I knew they were the company for me, she had also had the surgery and talked me through the surgery process and life afterwards. Arriving in Izmir just confirmed everything else, the pre-op tests were amazingly thorough have found out that I have an underactive thyroid and this could account for symptoms I was worried about but fobbed off at home and blamed on my weight. I’d been worried about the language barrier but I’m so grateful for the TrustMed team even though the nurses had limited English, the TrustMed team were there to translate everything for me and my companion. The care they took for my companion went above and beyond, constantly kept my sister up to date and even took my wife’s number to call her at home. They are an amazing team, hardworking and considerate. The aftercare is amazing, rapid response and so insightful. I highly recommend this wonderful team if you're thinking about having surgery. Looking forward to being a new and healthier me.

The staff at the clinic and the whole logistical team were fantastic. They held my hand the whole week. Everything step was top class from being picked up at the airport to the hotel and onto the hospital. Doctor Gorkem Atsal himself well what can I say, just what a very beautiful professional man you are. I felt very safe in your hands. You explained step by step what was and is going to happen, and so far day by day it is as you explained. Thank you, team. I would have no hesitation in recommending you. There is a professional doctor like him neither in Istanbul nor in Turkey, I had 2 surgeries and both of them were very bad. For the third operation, I had to think hard and make the right decision. For my recovery, I went to the doctor's clinic for treatment for wrinkles, and I saw the patients who had the surgery there. After talking to the doctor, I decided immediately. All the doctors I asked in Turkey said that no one would get better, the only one who could fix it was Dr. Ferhat and I highly recommend him. (The staff are amazing and very friendly)

I had a Septor Rhinoplasty and it was great to feel so welcomed and doctor was amazing first, during and after surgery. Paying attention to every detail. Very happy with final result so far. I also had a hair transplant. Dr. Cinik was amazing as always, great work and fantastic staff. I'm completing 7 days after that and I'm happy with the result so far. I was really excited and nervous to get rhinoplasty. Some of the reviews seemed intense, with lots of bruising and swelling. The procedure was virtually painless and I did not have bruises! I was extremely swollen for a full week, and two weeks of puffiness. But, I am five weeks out and I am beginning to see improvement!
