Collection at the airport was so easy, I was given a choice of surgeons and hospitals and they talked me through the differences of each so I could be sure I was getting not only what I wanted but what I could afford. I was so nervous and they have taken such great care of me. I’m recommending them to all my friends and family. You can’t ask for more. I was so happy to meet them all and to have someone available 24/7 while you are there is amazing, I never got the chance to feel stress or worried, Sibel took such good care translating everything for me and explaining it all during my stay. She took such good care of my husband too who had come as my companion. I’m doing really well and I put that down to never having the time to stress about anything if I’m not sure about something I text them and they are back to me within two minutes, I wouldn’t get that from my own GP. Thank you to the whole team, you make it look effortless, and I can’t wait to post pics when I reach my goal. The whole package is so well thought out with insurance and flights available, I don’t think anyone else offered me insurance, you can see patient safety is their priority.

I would definitely recommend the Clinic Centre based on my recent surgery that was arranged through the company. I have written a few reviews (and I never really write reviews) purely to convey how positive my experience was, particularly as I was very apprehensive beforehand. I had a breast augmentation and uplift with Dr. Hakan Gündoğan and am thrilled with the results (I provided a separate very positive Google review in relation to my surgeon (which unfortunately was removed without explanation by Google!?!)). I was very nervous prior to the surgery but felt instantly reassured following my consultation with Dr. Hakan. He had already formulated a plan for my surgery, which coincided with exactly what I had hoped to achieve. The results speak for themselves, and I am absolutely delighted! The Clinic Centre ensured that the entire process ran smoothly. They were on hand to provide assistance from the first point of initial contact, throughout my time in Istanbul, and continuing post-surgery following my return to the UK. All transportation was arranged, including airport transfers and for journeys relative to the surgery and subsequent hospital appointments. I was assigned various chaperones (who also acted as translators) throughout my stay. This was crucial, as while my surgeon spoke very good English, most of the hospital staff and nurses spoke little to no English. The hotel that I stayed in as part of my trip (Volley Hotel) was basic but served its purpose, and I had no complaints. Overall, I had a great experience with the Clinic Centre. The company provides fantastic value for money, good customer service, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I have just had a breast reduction and tummy tuck with Dr Safa Manav. He is a first-class surgeon, and the care and attention to detail I received under his care were second to none. He is an outstanding surgeon and I would not hesitate in 1000.000% recommend him along with his fantastic team. Successful! I chose Doctor Osman Kelahmetoglu for a lips reduction procedure. I used to have some very thick lips, and I was not feeling happy. This clinic made my dream come true. First of all, the clinic was just amazing. Everything went perfectly from my first touch with the clinic. Very responsive at all times. The surgeon made me feel very comfortable. I knew he was skilled. I had no doubt at all, and it was definitely true. He made an amazing job. First, the local anesthesia went so well, no pain at all. Then, during the incision and after, everything was so perfect. I felt no pain. I had no real edema or bruises. It was just a bit swelling until the full recovery. The result is just beautiful. I have nice lips now. This surgery changed my life for real. I feel very pretty now. I really recommend this surgeon. He is very confident and makes you feel confident too. But above all, he is definitely skillful, and the assistant too. She made a great job. I am very grateful. It was the best decision ever made. Istanbul is now one of my favourite destinations ever. It was like a dream from my arrival to the airport until my departure. Everything was perfect, taxis, hotels, food, the clinic, the team: all amazing! I have no other words!

But I go over everything there from hotel, to my experience, hospital stay, recovery, long flights, transportation etc! I am so happy with my results and this was the best decision I've ever made! I had a revision rhinoplasty AND a breast lift with augmentation and he did an amazing job on both!

I had my stomach surgery in March 2022, I was so happy I met Dr Bali, he is really trusty person and you go to surgery in relax way, he and his team are really care. The hospital was clean and perfect, his visit for after surgery was so caring and relaxing, I suggest him to anyone because his work was really good! Please don’t forget to follow his instructions after surgery, it really help a lot!
