Amazing experience!! Thank you Doctor ❤️ I am 23 and travelling alone from Canada and I was so nervous to go abroad for my rhinoplasty. The staff reassured me from the start. They made sure I was taken care of from the beginning to the end. Even though my first flight got delayed, the driver came to get me very late and was amazing. Despite the language barrier, it was so easy to communicate with everyone at the hotel, hospital and airport. The day after the surgery, I stayed in the hospital for a night which really helped me. Being alone made me really nervous about everything but the week following at the hotel, their team was absolutely amazing and responded to all my messages and concerns really fast. Taking my cast off was an amazing experience and I am really happy with my nose despite still having my whole face and nose swollen from the procedure. They were all so kind and reassuring and also spoke my first language French which made me feel even more at home! I first choose Aurea Health Group because of the health advisor Rabia. When I sent inquiries, she responded quickly and answered my questions thoroughly without pushing. I am a nurse and realize that a lot of healthcare is a business, especially Plastic Surgery. But we have to be very careful over who we choose. This team, including Rabia and Dr. Ulas, made me comfortable and followed me every step of the way. Dr. Ulas had great suggestions when I got there, everything was very efficient from the airport, to the hospital, to the hotel, and Rabia and her driver went above and beyond to meet all my needs. I wanted for nothing and I felt very safe and cared for. Dr. Ulas did an excellent job on my extended tummy tuck and extended arm lift, with precise incisions and sutures that leaves minimal scarring. I would like to share my personal experiences as a foreign patient as well as my gratitude with Dr. Ufuk Askeroglu and his team. I am 26 years old, and I underwent both Bella Eyes and Trinity Lift on July 1st, 2022. Before the surgery, I had so many concerns since I was supposed to undergo the operation in a foreign country, however the doctor and his wife as well as their international patient coordinator Ali were so helpful and kind from the very beginning. First, I had a face-to-face consultation with the doctor and then my photos were taken by their professional photographer, then I waited a couple of hours in my room until I was taken into the operating room. After the operation, there were bandages on my face to prevent swelling and oedema, but I had extreme swelling and oedema, which made me feel frustrated at first!! (I was told before that the amount of swelling would change from patient to patient), I felt pain on my face for which I was given painkillers, I can say that was the worst part of the post-operation process. I was so afraid and under pain, but when I asked the doctor, I was told even the amount of pain and swelling changed, so I needed to wait. Then after a couple of days, I left the country and started to wait to see the result. I had to live with a swollen face for a week or two, I was also told that the final result will be visible no sooner than two months. Once the swelling was completely gone, I started to love my result, that’s why I decided to share the whole process with those who are interested in these two surgeries. Once again, I would like to point out that the amount of pain and swelling may vary for others, but I can say it was worth the wait and pain!! Thank you Dr.Ufuk for your expertise and amazing job!❤️

My experience at the clinic was great. Dr Ferhat and his assistant have a lot of patience for their patients. I had ffs done and I had a lot of questions and worries after the surgery and the doctor would take the time to videocall me to make sure I was alright and that I had nothing to worry about. Successful! I chose Doctor Osman Kelahmetoglu for a lips reduction procedure. I used to have some very thick lips, and I was not feeling happy. This clinic made my dream come true. First of all, the clinic was just amazing. Everything went perfectly from my first touch with the clinic. Very responsive at all times. The surgeon made me feel very comfortable. I knew he was skilled. I had no doubt at all, and it was definitely true. He made an amazing job. First, the local anesthesia went so well, no pain at all. Then, during the incision and after, everything was so perfect. I felt no pain. I had no real edema or bruises. It was just a bit swelling until the full recovery. The result is just beautiful.
