Dr. Guray is an incredibly warm and understanding doctor with a strong work ethic. He answered all my questions so throughly, explained me all the details and set my expectations accordingly. I had come with a different major surgery in mind which he did not recommend for my case for this time being and performed a minimally invasive thread lift procedure instead. I recovered super fast and had wonderfully natural results at the end. The post-op appointment has been equally thorough and all my initial concerns went away. Dr. Guray’s professional approach proves that being a good doctor requires not only good technical skills and knowledge but also good communication, empathy and ethics treating patients with respect and patience. Only 2 days post op but so far the results have been excellent. After a long search for liposuction surgery, I found the West Aesthetics clinic. Liposuction was performed on my abdomen-waist-back area. I stayed in the hospital the first night after the surgery. I was discharged the next day and then Ms. Büşra came to my hotel for a lymphatic massage. He was very successful at his job. He came to my regular hotel and gave me a massage until the day of my check-in. I was very satisfied with the process, the doctor, the surgery, and briefly everything. I love you West!❤️

I had an abdominoplasty and liposuction operation by Dr Ulas Bali and I am delighted. So much for the care, and the great follow-up by Erdem's assistant who is extraordinary, and always there if needed. For the recommended hotel it's a shame that there isn't a small outdoor garden, otherwise, the staff is very attentive.

From the time I got on the ground, Elif took over and stayed in constant communication. If I had questions or personal needs Elif was there the whole time. I got to the hospital, they were checking me in. I mentioned I needed some US plug adapters. Elif and I were going to hit a shop together but the hospital said “Oh no, you can’t go. We just put a catheter in your arm” Elif went right out on her own and brought back exactly what I needed. So sweet and helpful. We became buddies right away. Honestly, this was the best surgery experience of my life due to Dr Manav and his wonderful staff. Very highly recommended.

I had an exceptional experience at Dr. Derya Bingöl’s clinic! The doctor was extremely professional, caring, and attentive throughout the entire experience. I felt confident in Doctor’s abilities and appreciated the way she and her staff took the time to explain everything to me in detail. Additionally, the office staff was equally caring and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being, especially post-surgery. In addition, the clinic handled all arrangements, starting with airport pick-up, hotel recommendations, booking the hospital and the operating room. What could have been very stressful, turned into a pleasant experience. I was especially impressed with how the staff handled a complication that arose after my procedure. I experienced swinging jumps in blood pressure and the staff immediately took action, taking me to see a cardiologist, and neurologist, and getting an MRI of my brain as a precautionary measure. They made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire process, which took 10 days, and I was grateful for their quick thinking and exceptional care. Successful! I chose Doctor Osman Kelahmetoglu for a lips reduction procedure. I used to have some very thick lips, and I was not feeling happy. This clinic made my dream come true. First of all, the clinic was just amazing. Everything went perfectly from my first touch with the clinic. Very responsive at all times. The surgeon made me feel very comfortable. I knew he was skilled. I had no doubt at all, and it was definitely true. He made an amazing job. First, the local anesthesia went so well, no pain at all.
