I would definitely recommend the Clinic Centre based on my recent surgery that was arranged through the company. I have written a few reviews (and I never really write reviews) purely to convey how positive my experience was, particularly as I was very apprehensive beforehand. I had a breast augmentation and uplift with Dr. Hakan Gündoğan and am thrilled with the results (I provided a separate very positive Google review in relation to my surgeon (which unfortunately was removed without explanation by Google!?!)). I was very nervous prior to the surgery but felt instantly reassured following my consultation with Dr. Hakan. He had already formulated a plan for my surgery, which coincided with exactly what I had hoped to achieve. The results speak for themselves, and I am absolutely delighted! The Clinic Centre ensured that the entire process ran smoothly. They were on hand to provide assistance from the first point of initial contact, throughout my time in Istanbul, and continuing post-surgery following my return to the UK. All transportation was arranged, including airport transfers and for journeys relative to the surgery and subsequent hospital appointments. I was assigned various chaperones (who also acted as translators) throughout my stay. This was crucial, as while my surgeon spoke very good English, most of the hospital staff and nurses spoke little to no English. The hotel that I stayed in as part of my trip (Volley Hotel) was basic but served its purpose, and I had no complaints. Overall, I had a great experience with the Clinic Centre. The company provides fantastic value for money, good customer service, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I had a gastric sleeve with West Aesthetics and I really couldn’t fault them they are the best. From the transfers, hotel, hospital and everyone that is apart of West are amazing and very helpful. My patient coordinator is a lovely young man called Fatih who always had the time for me, he was very helpful, lovely, informative and speaks very good English so I understood everything he was telling me. Also my doctor who performed surgery on me was amazing too he spoke very good English and always kept on reassuring me that everything will be fine and very informative about how the surgery will go. I would 100% recommend mono to anyone that wants to get a gastric sleeve or any sort of surgery as they are truly one of a kind with amazing results. Successful! I chose Doctor Osman Kelahmetoglu for a lips reduction procedure. I used to have some very thick lips, and I was not feeling happy. This clinic made my dream come true. First of all, the clinic was just amazing. Everything went perfectly from my first touch with the clinic. Very responsive at all times. The surgeon made me feel very comfortable. I knew he was skilled. I had no doubt at all, and it was definitely true. He made an amazing job. First, the local anesthesia went so well, no pain at all. Then, during the incision and after, everything was so perfect. I felt no pain. I had no real edema or bruises. It was just a bit swelling until the full recovery. The result is just beautiful. I have nice lips now. This surgery changed my life for real. I feel very pretty now. I really recommend this surgeon. He is very confident and makes you feel confident too. But above all, he is definitely skillful, and the assistant too. She made a great job. I am very grateful. It was the best decision ever made. Istanbul is now one of my favourite destinations ever. It was like a dream from my arrival to the airport until my departure. Everything was perfect, taxis, hotels, food, the clinic, the team: all amazing! I have no other words!
