I got the nano steam cell facial treatment, eyebrow lift and laser because I was concerned about the redness on my face and the veins. It was definitely good value for money. This clinic is simply the best they all went above and beyond to meet my needs. Everyone is so nice, friendly and welcoming. The hygiene is superb and so clean. I would recommend this place to anyone. I was listened to and I am more than happy with my results. Even the after care is amazing after you have your treatment they don't just leave you you have follow ups to make sure everything is fine. I will always use this clinic from now on. I am absolutely blown away by my transformation and I have definitely got my confidence back so thank you onep for giving me my life back. So so happy.

It wasn't an easy decision for another rhinoplasty as after the first one I was left with blocked collapsing misshaped nose that left me traumatised for years to come. Took me 10 years to get over it and made a step toward normal looking Me. Did some research and decided for a trip to meet not known by me or friends, Dr.Ferhat in Istanbul and that was my lottery win!!! I was very sceptical having somewhere in back of my head the bad experience from the past but meeting Dr for the first time I realised he was a truly passionate Dr who really wants to help!!! I could see his passion in his eyes when he was checking out my nose before surgery, clearly explaining it wasn't an easy case as the nose was basically collapsing from every side but also gave me hope that we could use my rib cartridge to re-built my nose. I was shocked but at the same time I said to him: dr do your magic, you are the artist here! I fully trusted him. The entire process went really smooth and easy as the entire team were next to me all the time with all the help and support. Had my break down at some point -panic attack - but with help of dr and his team, I made it through leaving Istanbul the happiest me I ever! Coming from a bad experience I had a high expectations I could not believe what I saw after cast removed, the results were way beyond my expectations, expected a lot but not that much. My nose was beautiful from every possible side, unlocked breathing all rebuilt and stabled no more falling apart collapsing deflated look like ballon!!! Wanted to cry and hug each of the team member but I was shocked and overwhelmed with my new stunning nose! Left the surgery with a smile on my face!! Dr Ferhat gave me not only a new functional nose but new Me - the person who was hiding for so many years. It feels like my life turned. I look into mirror with a smile swinging happy confident me again!!!! I couldn't be happier I made this decision and trusted your skills and professionalism!!! If I could give 10 stars I would. From the first moment I contacted Fiona, I knew they were the company for me, she had also had the surgery and talked me through the surgery process and life afterwards. Arriving in Izmir just confirmed everything else, the pre-op tests were amazingly thorough have found out that I have an underactive thyroid and this could account for symptoms I was worried about but fobbed off at home and blamed on my weight. I’d been worried about the language barrier but I’m so grateful for the TrustMed team even though the nurses had limited English, the TrustMed team were there to translate everything for me and my companion. The care they took for my companion went above and beyond, constantly kept my sister up to date and even took my wife’s number to call her at home. They are an amazing team, hardworking and considerate. The aftercare is amazing, rapid response and so insightful. I highly recommend this wonderful team if you're thinking about having surgery. Looking forward to being a new and healthier me.
