I had a breast lift, implants and rhinoplasty with CatchLife in January. I was originally booked in with another clinic but then I had got in contact with Bathuhan from CatchLife and after speaking to him I changed my provider to catch life. Bathuhan went above and beyond for me in every way. He answered all my questions, gave me advice about travelling to turkey, booked my hotel, all my transport. I'm a nurse in Ireland so I was nervous about the quality of care before I left, my worries were out at ease once I seen the hospital and met the staff. Bathuan organised my pick up from the airport, checked on me when I arrived, organised all my tests in the hospital for the following day and the travel to get to and from. Batuhan visited me every day post op to change my dressing and check on my welfare. His standard of care could not be faulted from his bedside manner to infection prevention and control he made me feel safe and really took care of me. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better co ordinator. I forgot my toothpaste going to the hospital and Batuhan organised for someone to bring me some. I couldn't be more grateful for the quality of care and love my results. My only regret is not getting the surgery sooner.

This was the best clinic I ever seen. The doctor is really nice and takes care of all the questions from me. I am a nurse, and I see clinik more critical than other people there not from this area. This trip was 100% the best I ever do.

I first met Medhera’s doctor in September 2023 for my first consultation, during which I never felt rushed and felt he took the time to understand my desires. I was initially worried that he would feel that my small hump wasn’t worth surgery however I felt he understood my motivations. The results have exceeded my expectations completely. My motivation for the surgery was to remove the hump however, Medhera’s doc managed to straighten my nose from the front as well as remove the hump. My nose looks like the nose I was supposed to be born with!

My review of Cosmetocity, in Antalya following a tummy tuck and liposuction. I contacted Cosmetocity and within two to three hours, I received a message from Cihan on WhatsApp. I was so impressed with the quick response. I told Cihan what I intended on getting done and he asked for a photo of my stomach. I was nervous when asked to do so but he made me feel very comfortable and was very professional. He showed complete respect for my feelings and then send me a detailed plan made for me. This included lots of information about my surgery, surgeon and hotel etc. This helped with any queries I had. And believe me I was always asking questions. When I had decided to book my flights I send confirmations to Cihan and he provided me with when my surgery was due. He had made preparations for me to be picked up from the airport by his team. At the airport, I was greeted by a Cosmetocity team. There was a nurse called Fatima Nur, who was very kind and caring. I was also accompanied by Cihans company partner named Mert who had a beautiful nature and was extremely caring. Another colleague was named Furkan, he always made me laugh and was a charming driver. There are two partners in this company, Cihan and Mert. Cihan will usually be the first person who you speak as he handles all correspondence via WhatsApp. You will meet Mert when arriving in Antalya. If Cihan cannot accompany you to your checkups Mert will always be there for you. He will drive you wherever you want and has a caring nature. He is incredibly intelligent and had years if nursing experience. If I was feeling down he would always know how to cheer me up. He would always ask me if I was okay and if I needed anything. He is so compassionate and always made me feel special. I was impressed by the VIP transport and the kindness shown to me within a few minutes of my arrival. They took my luggage and make me feel at ease on our way to the hotel. We connected instantly and all my worries and anxieties had gone whilst I was in their company. We arrived at a beautiful hotel. I was checked in by Mert and was given a pass to my room. I was then offered food but I was too tired so went to bed. The following day I went downstairs to have some breakfast and checked out the hotel. I have to mention the staff at the hotel work constantly to make you feel comfortable. They are always smiling and asking to top up drinks etc. The food was like the artwork it was so beautiful and delicious. I felt so pampered. I was a woman travelling alone but I felt so safe. They had incredibly tight security which helped you feel 100% relaxed. I had two days to myself before surgery so I went for a swim and spa experience, the facilities are really good I found that there was lots to do. Later on Cihan and his team came to pick me up. I was taken to the clinic to take a blood test and a health check. Where I filled consent forms and had a covid test. Then I met my surgeon for the first time. As soon as I met him I knew I made the right choice in choosing him as my surgeon. He has this amazing mysterious aura about him. I felt so humbled in his presence. He had a look at my stomach and back and explained what it was he was going to do. You can see his mind working, he knew exactly what he was going to do and was confident that I would be really pleased with the results. I had put my trust in him with no hesitation. One day before my surgery Fatima Nur offered to take me shopping and a coffee. Mert picked me up from the hotel and took us to the shopping centre. This was great as I was able to build a relationship with my nurse. We shopped, gossiped and had coffee. It was not part of the plan and was very unexpected. The team always put me first and went out of their way to make me happy. The following day I went to see the surgeon again. He did some markings on my body. He was a total perfectionist and professional. So the big day arrived! I was told not to have breakfast and Fatima Nur Mert and Cihan picked up and took me to the hospital. I was admitted and given a gown. We waited for the surgeon and Mert Cihan and Fatima Nur made me feel comfortable and assured me everything was going to be fine. I was given a spacious hospital room with ensuite. It was very clean and smelt so fresh. The hospital staff were very welcoming and reassuring. I vaguely remember my surgeon looking at me with a beautiful reassuring smile. The next thing I know the surgery was completed and I was back in the hospital room. Fatima Nur tried waking me up and I was asleep for about 2-3 hours. She was so kind and stayed the whole night with me. My surgery was alot bigger than expected as I had alot of body fat. Considering the fact my tummy tuck was all across my stomach and back, I couldn't believe I had woken up with no pain. I found this so incredible. The nurses were constantly checking up on me and providing me with any medication etc that I needed.

Professional and competent Surgeon. Staff are amazing Deniz is so thoughtful and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. I have had 2 surgeries on 2 visits on my legs and arms and I am highly delighted with the amazing end results. My family and friends have also had procedures and are coming back for their 3rd visit. I would highly recommend this surgeon and hospital and Deniz the Coordinator is 2nd to none. I must also thank and highly show our appreciation for Rishi our driver he is the best. I had a labiaplasty. Naturally, I had really oversized labia minora, I couldn't naturally wall as it was getting rubbed by my tights, trousers, I constantly had to wear panty-liners or folded tissue paper to prevent my labia minora from rubbing between my legs/trousers, toilet paper, pee droplets get stuck and I was constantly suffering from bacterial infections. Constantly was feeling uncomfortable, sexual life was affected really negatively. I had fat transfer to labia majora as naturally my labia majora had almost no fat cells in it, was flat and wrinkly like old, dry prune. During the surgery, I had removed labia minora, and fat transfer to labia majora. I had my surgery around 10 months ago. Since then I havent had even one single infection, don't have an unpleasant smell, so much easier to clean my after everyday toilet use and during the period. I feel clean, fresh, comfortable, confident, and healthy, I feel like a normal woman. I am so extremely happy with the changes that have been done during the surgery, I wasnt even expecting such a positive experience. Really big thanks to the surgeon Mak and all his team. Before, during and after surgery I was given wonderful care. Regarding the price, I would say the same or similar price as I would be paying here in the UK, but I came to Turkey for my teeth treatment (which are much better quality than in UK and so much cheaper than in the UK), and at the same time I had my labiaplasty done. I chose to have it done in Turkey as their work quality, care and whole service are much higher than in the UK.
