I'm 4 months post op and down 98 lbs. That's far more weight than I ever expected to lose in this short period of time. I don't have a regular exercise routine but I think it's time to consider one because my skin is not having the easiest time keeping up with the weight loss. It's not BAD...but it's not great either!
