I reached out to the clinic by recommendation and they did not disappoint! The whole staff including the nurses, doctors and supervisors. I am very happy with how the journey was and how the staff of VANITY AESTHETIC was always by my side! Even in the evenings and by night my supervisor YAVUZ was available for questions and even when I returned to Germany he checked on my well-being. The experience with Dr. Buğra Ipek was better than I could imagine, he seemed to care about my imagination of the result and after measuring my proportions we made up a plan about the result I desired. During the whole process even right before my operation the nurses, doctor and anesthesiologist checked on me many times, also right after I felt very good and taken care of. Also, the transfer and hotel visit was organised and good. The clinic by itself is very clean and pretty aesthetic interior. Right after the operation, I got medicine against nausea because I tend to feel nauseous after anaesthesia and I also got the painkillers (I didn’t even have to ask them or tell them about pain) they also brought me my medication for the next days with little papers on them on which they printed the times when to take them, the exact name of the medication in English. Everything I can say is that I am very thankful for my experience with VANITY and I would fully recommend it!!

I underwent an aesthetic procedure on my nose at Dr. Toncic's polyclinic. The staff at the clinic were very kind individuals who took great care of me after my surgery. Dr. Dinko Toncic, the surgeon, is very skilled in modifying an individual's nose to their looks, leaving them with a nose that looks proportional to the face and an overall better physical appearance. I have never made peace with my crooked nose in my life. I was never able to pose sideways. However, I was never courageous enough to go for a procedure and didn’t trust any surgeon at all anyway. My daughter who is braver than me had a nose job done by Dr Atsal. Watching her recover super quickly, having the most naturally good-looking results and witnessing the exquisite care from the team convinced me to have a nose job done myself at the age of 50. What can I say I have used catchlife 2 times now 1st time for my gastric sleeve and 2nd time for my mummy makeover and both times I have been so happy with my results. My stay with them from being picked up at the airport till going home endless communication and the hospital was brilliant looked after me amazing even with the language barrier. I felt so safe and at ease. The staff at catchlife are there 24/7 for you if needed and the hotel is beautiful, clean and the staff there too are amazing so friendly. I would recommend these to anyone they changed my life completely and will be grateful for life.

Overall a great experience. From the consultation to the procedure I felt like a patient rather than a client. I feel everything was explained clearly and everything went on time. It was my first such procedure so I can not compare. But overall I had a great experience and I would highly recommend this surgeon & clinic.

I flew all the way from Cornwall, United Kingdom to have my Surgery with Dr Ulaş Bali and I am so glad I did. I booked in to have an extended tummy tuck with liposuction and BBL. Outstanding service, I could not be happier. Quite remarkable really. Dr. Manav did wonderful work. His support staff was top-notch and took care of my every need. I was a stranger in a strange land having surgery. I did not need to worry they took great care of me. Defne handled all of the arrangements on the front end and did a fantastic job. From the time I got on the ground, Elif took over and stayed in constant communication. If I had questions or personal needs Elif was there the whole time. I got to the hospital, they were checking me in. I mentioned I needed some US plug adapters. Elif and I were going to hit a shop together but the hospital said “Oh no, you can’t go. We just put a catheter in your arm” Elif went right out on her own and brought back exactly what I needed. So sweet and helpful. We became buddies right away. Honestly, this was the best surgery experience of my life due to Dr Manav and his wonderful staff. Very highly recommended.
