I went to Özgür Hurkal for breast surgery. I was very afraid of the operation, but Dr. Özgür detailed explanation and guidance. Rhinoplasty with Dr. Gorkem Atsal on January 17, 2023 I travel from the USA for surgery. Organization and communication were excellent. Instructions before arriving were easy and clear to fallow. Transportation was provided from/to airport, hospital, and hotel. The hotel was great. The surgery went well. Dr.Atsal did an excellent job. I love my new nose. Everybody was so caring and friendly. Gulce, Yunes, and Enes periodically checked up on me and made sure I was feeling good. The hospital was clean with great stuff. Every time I had a question and I needed help Gulce and Dr. Atsal answered me even late at night and early in the morning. Very lovely and caring people. Thank you for everything! I strongly recommend Dr. Atsal and his team.

The Staff: Their staffs are knowledgeable and approachable. They will explain the procedure well and you will not feel outcast during the operation. The driver also smoothly fetched me up at Antalya airport because he had a nice placard he waived during my arrival. They have also a jolly and full and energetic interpreter that makes my day not castaway. I believe she is a nice person because of giving a candy during the trip. The rockstar representative/coordinator: You have to contact their most valuable and responsive representative named “BATUHAN”, sure he will guide you until you reached the best hair restoration clinic in Turkey. The relaxing and cozy hotel: Most of the hotels that I’ve visited before are quite plain and have no wow factor. But the hotel provided by Catchlife during my stay in Antalya Turkey make my life easy and comfortable. Upon arrival, the receptionist will ask for your passport nicely and prepare your room quickly. The room that he gave me is exceptional and spacious. The bathroom is so clean. The foamy twin bed and have 6 different fragrant pillows. They have also a blanket that hurdles frostbite. This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! Hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation, wide wine list, and wonderful dessert. I recommend it to everyone! Overall a great experience. From the consultation to the procedure I felt like a patient rather than a client. I feel everything was explained clearly and everything went on time. It was my first such procedure so I can not compare. But overall I had a great experience and I would highly recommend this surgeon & clinic.

My experience with Dr Ulas and his amazing team was extremely positive. From the minute that I decided to go to Turkey to have my procedure done and started to do my own research, I was very blessed that I stumbled across Dr Ulas and Rabia my beautiful patient coordinator/translator. Then, straight to blood test. After Rabia came to the hotel and explained in detail what to expect with an amazing turkish coffee. We then had plenty of time to kill. we had mad half a day shopping and exploring Istanbul before early surgery admission the next day. On the day I met Dr Ulas, I was very calm, which made me feel very comfortable. He went through the surgery details with me. I felt very, very safe in their hands. The hospital staff were very friendly and helpful. Recovery was shockingly quick, I was able to go to the market 3rd day after surgery. I felt absolutely fine. 3 years ago I had a rhinoplasty with Dr Onsal. It's not an easy decision there are lots of opinions, doctors etc. I found him by a friend's recommendation. I couldn't trust everyone. I checked his background, Instagram, reviews. It was the best decision I made ever. I wish to do it before. Especially he listens to details carefully, because some doctors mention only his expectations. I am doing it for myself not for someone. I suggest everyone. Amazing experience!

On 1st august 2022, I had two skin removal procedures (extended arm lift and extended thigh lift) at the same time. I did a lot of research into surgery abroad and I knew I wanted to make sure the surgery was done at a hospital, not a clinic. I had a very positive experience with FlyHealth. My surgery was performed at a private hospital by a private surgeon, with follow-up appointments at the surgeon's private clinic. Both settings were clean and tidy and I felt in safe hands throughout. The organisation and itinerary/information was thorough and really helpful - and provided well in advance so I was able to familiarise myself. Everything was thought of - from hotel, to airport transfers, to appointment transfers and a patient coordinator to translate at appointments. The communication between myself to FlyHealth and FlyHealth to the surgeon has been quick and seamless. I'm hoping to have more skin removal surgery in the future and won't hesitate to rebook with FlyHealth again.

I was not very satisfied with the result of my breast reduction and the offered kindly to help me with a revision and I expect to get what I want this second time. Only hospital rate is on me, the dr.’s Work is included in the amount I already paid. It is a real guarantee and I am so thankful. Was difficult to me to talk about my problem but they were just pleased to help.

At first, I was slightly worried about my surgical procedure (as another person would) - but I was reassured constantly by my consultant who was always approachable, and answered any concerns that I may have had. My experience in Türkiye was delightful, and the staff were professional and polite. My operation was a success and the Doctor was always available afterwards if I needed any questions answered. I would recommend this practice to anyone and hopefully next year, I shall return for further surgical treatment. ☺️
