Since 1990. He is the owner of Plastic Surgery Clinic and Hospital Minimally Invasive Surgery and Reconstructive Surgery in Bielsko-Biala. He is an active member of the Polish Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery of the European Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic ESPRAS, the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery ISAPS, International Confederation of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic IPRAS, the International Society of Plastic Regenerative ISPRES

She graduated from the Medical Faculty of the Silesian Medical University in Zabrze. In 2006. He became a specialist in general surgery under the guidance of prof. Jack Starzewskiego. In 2014. He graduated from the specialization of plastic surgery under the guidance of prof. George Struzyna. In the clinic Dr Sirek MedCosmetic working since 2007. He is a member of the Polish Society of Burn Treatment, Polish Society for Surgery of the Polish Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery.

In 2015. He received the title of Doctor of Medicine, based on the doctoral thesis entitled .: "Analysis of skin lesions removed at the Hospital of Minimally Invasive Surgery and Reconstructive Surgery in 2009-2012" . He is a member of the Polish Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery and the International Confederation of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic IPRAS, where since 2014. Serves as a National Delegate IPRAS Trainees Association.
